Elmer Ramirez deserves a raise. Snaked shower drain and utility sink in garage. also placed putty on sink U Tube and tightened all connections. only charged me for snaking shower. also, taught me about water heater and main water line. charged me 330$ total. I would recommend this company.

I was really excited to work with Discount Plumbing because of all the wonderful reviews! My experience fell short. I gave a window of 12PM to 2PM but unfortunately my plumber was caught up and I didn't hear about it until 150PM when dispatch updated me. When my plumber did arrive he quoted me a price that I thought was pretty high but said he could give me an exact quote in a couple days after he found the part number. I haven't heard back and it's been more than a week. Discount Plumbing gets 3 stars because the plumber suggested what was wrong with my toilet and I was able to source the part and complete the job myself at a fraction of what was quoted.

Called Discount Plumbing who sent Marcus. Marcus was patient, pleasant and professional. He explained all the steps that he did to clear my mainline. Showed video of mainline clogged and then cleared. Also identified possible issue with city sewer line.
