Great customer service, asked to change out a perfectly good water heater to a hybrid water heater due to SDGE crazy price increases, was quoted $7500 for a replacement... with out permits,you have to be joking with that quote. Home Depot quoted me $4200 for the same job with permits and everything. Asked how much labor was to replace water heater if I bought the part from Home Depot was told $2000. I will gladly install that water heater myself. Thanks for your time. Again the customer service was great just crazy high prices

I had Discount Plumbing come out a year ago to clear the main drain. Price was high, but I went with them because it needed to be handled quickly. It was cleared for about $1100+.
I called recently about an issue with two bathroom sinks. One clogged, another slow draining. After their technician arrived to see the issue I was quoted a starting price of $600. I gasped. (Obviously)
The technician's only reply was that it would be guaranteed.
I told him I may call him, or I MAY NOT.
I called another plumber, he would be available the next day.
He texted when he was on the way. I notified the tenant to expect him. In approx 1/2 Hour later, I received a call that the drains were snaked and running clear without any issues.
I said, ""great!"". What do I owe you. He said $75 sent via Zelle.

When hiring this business people
can expect price gouging. This has been my experience and felt the need to share to keep unsuspecting people with plumbing issues from this sort of inflated expense.

My house is 1 years old and we were not getting any hot water to the house. Omar came on a weekend and had it working in min. Explained how the tankless water heater works and showed me to do it myself in the future. Would 100% recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

At the risk of submitting one of those caricatured unhinged negative reviews Yelp is known for, this was unquestionably the most unprofessional business I have dealt with through Yelp.

To be clear, no plumbing services were rendered, so I cannot speak to the quality of the work they do. But it is not hyperbole to say that simply obtaining an appointment for services has been a nightmare and headache.

Simply put: we made an appointment. They gave me an arrival window of 10-12. They never showed up. I called at 12:30, and have since been routed to 4 different receptionists and one call center, all asking for the same account information. These calls accounted for an entire hour out of my work day attempting to find out if/when someone was coming, as I had to be home to receive them.

Just an unbelievably frustrating booking experience. Never encountered anything quite this cumbersome.

Excellent and fast service in an emergency pipe leak. Omar and Bryan were great. We were relieved that the price of the repair was so reasonable on a Sunday. Will definitely have them back out in the future.

Harrison was very friendly and did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet! Everything looks great and works perfectly. However, he did switch the direction of the hot and cold water without letting me know. It isn't a big deal, but it took a while to get used to since I kept forgetting.

The price was not bad at all to get it replaced and it barely took any time at all. They had a nice coupon on Yelp for the month, which helped out too! I'm really happy with my service and would definitely hire them again. However, since they do charge by job, I understand other reviews saying how the cost adds up for smaller jobs. I didn't have that issue this time around, but that is definitely something to keep in mind for future job consideration.
