I called them at 10:44am today for an issue with toilet not draining properly. They picked up my call right away and their service personnel reached our home around noon same day. They resolved the issue quickly and didn't charge us anything. Will certainly reach out to them for future business and refer them to friends and associates.

I called about a clog in the pipes and they sent someone the next day; so fast! They weren't able to snake it out, after multiple attempts, so they had to use the high power water machine. Jose was kind and professional and ended up being here all day. He wasn't going to stop until the job was done. Would recommend them 100%!

Mission Accomplished. I was so very surprised when after calling to book the service, Jose showed up like 10 min later! It's the fastest arrival I've ever experienced. I needed to replace my non working garbage disposal. Usually I would do it myself but this time I simply couldn't remove a bracket. So I called Discount Plumbing and was very happy to hear they answered right away. Jose informed me right away why I was having a problem removing it. We settled on a price and he got to working right away. He's an army veteran who served tours in Iraq and I could tell that he wasn't going to finish the job until everything was perfect. His work ethic was fantastic and I felt very comfortable with him. I had to work on the project with him due to some issue with plumbing code but he stayed to make sure my work was nice and good. Thank you very very much Jose for all your hard work and for your service. Wish we could give you guys 6 stars.

Today is Saturday July 31st I had a leak in my garbage disposal. My Landlord called discount plumbing, and we had someone out within 5 minutes Jose was extremely professional. And friendly. I give this company 5 stars. I highly recommend this plumbing service

I discovered that my water heater was leaking early afternoon on a Thursday and within 3 hours Jose showed up and gave me a free estimate, and a new water heater was scheduled to be installed first thing in the morning the next day.
