Poor quality of work and high price. The gas line they installed will have to be removed so that structural repairs can be made where their ""technicians"" made notches over half way through 2x4 rafter tails (pretty blatant code violation).
No response after multiple messages. So much for ""satisfaction guaranteed "".
I am now left with the task of removing their work, repairing the damage they created, and replacing their work with proper piping.
In conclusion, don't believe the ""discount"" in the name...in my case, having spent over $2,000 for 5 hours of work, only to have to repair and replace it all is no bargain.
My advice, hire other plumbers.

I have used Discount plumbing several times now, and they continue to be the best plumbers I have ever needed to call, first they are always on time when they say 8am-10am you better expect them at 745am! They will wait for you!.
They thoroughly evaluate the job, then they get it done, and they clean as they go.
They don't try to tell you a bunch of other stuff is bad, none of that nonsense. It's always fast reliable repaired service. Prices are very reasonable, ask for Hector he is friendly and a great plumber.

Don't be fooled by the name. We just paid $1692 for what amounted to 20 minutes of hydrojetting. This is the first time we've ever had the service done, and so we weren't sure how much it should cost and stupidly approved the work - however it's clear from speaking to others who have had the service done that we paid way too much. In fact the original cost was $1992 before being discounted to $1692, but even with the discount the cost for 20 minutes of hydrojetting is outrageous. We have no complaints about the plumber who came - in fact he also removed some foam that had got lodged in an additional drain - but if you're looking for a company with fair prices I would look elsewhere.

First, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The technician, Josh, was on time and very helpful. He accessed the problem, gave me the options and quickly started to unclog the exterior drains. I would recommend Discount Plumbing and will use them again.

He did a great job repairing my shower pipe and installing a new pipe, filter, and shower head.
