do not use this company they are complete rip off!!!!! i failed a gas pressure twice and was not advised by the staff nor the tech that after passing the test in which he!! said i did and everything was fine!!that in 24 hrs the gas pressure could drop!! the owner stated that i should have been told this and still wanted to charge me 105.00 an hr after telling me the problem was solved the first time it was a grease leak when the state came out the second time and i failed the gas pressure test for the second!!! time the same tech should not have been sent out in the first place being the owner told me he was fairly new!!! i am out of $230.00 dollars and back to square one!! this company does not stand behind there customers when yr wrong yr wrong!!! business is business! the tech was very unprofessional to talk to my tenants about the problem that didn't concern them in which should have been addressed with me!! they don't have a clue of getting the job done and excellent customer service is a 0 with me!!! i will never refer anyone to your company!! your company name line of with the way you run your business!!!!!!!!!

Strongly recommend this plumbing company! We were remolding a bathroom in our home. They were professional, courteous, and on time. They worked around our other subcontractors. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was as we wanted it. Very happy with their work! We will definitely use again.

About two years ago I had a gas leak. Not knowing that you should call a plumber before you call Entergy I called Entegy first
They came out,took my gas meter and told me to call a plumber. So I called around to get estimates all of which were to expensive. I found Discount Plumbing much more reasonable. They came out and did the job quickly and professionally. I asked him about hooking up my stove. Once again a reasonable price and fast service.

I had originally obtained and estimate for a garden tub replacement from another plumber who left the area. I already had ordered the tub and hardware and I needed to get the job done. I searched around and after looking at the better business reviews and Angie's decided to call Discount Plumbing Repair. I don't know about the previous reviewer, but I got an email and a text with the scheduled time and he called when he was on the way. Jermone was awesome. He gave me an estimate that was exactly the same price as the previous guy. We scheduled the replacement for an all day time and he showed up on time (he called on the way, also had a text confirmation for the timing). After he removed the old tub, he told me that I had ordered the wrong size tub. It was smaller than the previous one and needed a deck built to make up for the space. Obviously he is not a carpenter so we had to get a deck built before he could finish. I built the deck over the weekend and we rescheduled the tub install. He worked me in so I wouldn't have to wait for ever. He showed up on time and finished the install. Since he worked me in, it was about 2pm when he got there. It was a big job and it took long time to finish, but he got it done and did a great job. He didn't leave my house till close to 9pm and didn't charge me extra for my screw up which cost him time.

I highly recommend Jermone and discount plumbing.

Third time I've used them. Totally professional, on time, sends you a heads up email, then text, then call. Jermone came out to my business on the Saturday before Christmas, it was an emergency, and effected my ability to do business. Jemone was on time got part, came back, installed it. Reasonable price!
