Worse Company I have ever did business with. Very unprofessional tech. I made an appointment and they scheduled to go out. They showed up talked to the wrong person and then just left with out doing any repairs then when we called to figure out what was going on they had the tech call me back and he was the rudest person I have ever talked to. He ended up telling me I should have used another company and hung up on me. I called back to the company and they won't pick up the phone or return my call
Still have a clogged drain and now I have to try to find someone else after hours now for an emergency

I am disappointed. Less than twelve hours after Brennan came to my house to fix leaking shower it is dripping again. He did fix my toilet flapper after he told us what to do. He took upon himself to fix after going to Home Depot for shower part. And he told my husband and I were told he was giving us $20 discount but my card was still charged the full estimate. This is not the first time I have use this company.

The sewage was backing up into the backyard and there was a puddle. Ryan the dispatch was very polite and informational he dispatched Steve to come unclog the main drain. When steve got there he wasted no time identifying the problem and explaining everything he was doing to us. He unclogged it and cleared the blockage and made sure water was moving as it should. He also gave us tips and pointers to prevent things like this. We were told by the previous occupants that the tree roots might be causing clogging so if the problem persists and what the previous occupants said is true,we will definitely be turning to them for help! Great, kind, very knowledgeable 10/5 stars!

First of all, I understand it's a Sunday today. I can't believe I had one little piece in my toilet replaced and I was charged 214.00 for probably a 15.00 dollar part. I will never call you guys again that was ridiculous and I asked the worker is it because today is Sunday and he said NO. If you want to get ripped off call these guys because they will do a good job of it. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU GET A PHONE CALL FROM ME!!!! When he came from the truck inside with the part he said 214.00 and I swear I thought he was telling me the part number in case it broke again.

I called discount plumbing Saturday morning Ryan got Steve to come out 1-3 the same day for a bathroom shower handle in one unit and a leaking toilet in another unit. Steve was prompt, professional, very detailed and sent before/after photos. Steve takes his time explaining everything and gets the job done! We've been using discount plumbing for over a year and haven't had any issues.

Quick response on a Sunday afternoon to Lodi with an over the phone estimate and appointment time. Reasonable pricing and Jimmie P came out and cleared our blockage quickly. Would recommend and use their services again without hesitation.

I hired discount plumbing to check and turn on a water heater. The technician said it was ok and supposedly turned it on. Forty minutes later there was no hot water thus I called their main number. A technician was scheduled to come out in two days because they were supposedly booked until then. A second technician came and said that he could not touch the water heater and that the first technician should come to resolve the issue. I was charged $200+ and the customer service was horrible on top of everything. Finally I asked for the manager and left several voice messages on his voice mail box. Nobody responded. I received a bill of $200 + bill from their accounting claiming that I had not paid the original amount and that I must pay this extra amount or they would take legal action. While all this was happening I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The credit card company sent me a copy of the documents the manager, Steve, sent them. Included in the documents was a falsified copy of the original invoice and a property document of my property along with a letter threatening to file a lien on my property if I did not pay them. He added a line on the invoice to make it seem that they repaired the water heater. It was a lie. I contacted discount plumbing again via their website chat, voice and email and told them about these papers. Shortly after that they refunded me the money. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.

After writing a previous review which told of extreme overcharging by this company, I received a very nice note from Don asking that I provide him with the invoice number and he would look into it. I provided the invoice number and, again, stated the reasons for my review. That was weeks ago. There has been no word from him. It would have been nice to hear even if it was only that the charge was correct.

Initial call was handled professionally. The tech showed up at the promised time after a text telling me he was on the way. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our hot water heater was not working properly. He looked it over, told us a few things that could be causing the problem, and cleaned out a clogged air vent. He told us to see if it worked properly now and if not, he'd come back and go on to the next thing. No charge for the service call.
