After writing a previous review which told of extreme overcharging by this company, I received a very nice note from Don asking that I provide him with the invoice number and he would look into it. I provided the invoice number and, again, stated the reasons for my review. That was weeks ago. There has been no word from him. It would have been nice to hear even if it was only that the charge was correct.

Initial call was handled professionally. The tech showed up at the promised time after a text telling me he was on the way. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our hot water heater was not working properly. He looked it over, told us a few things that could be causing the problem, and cleaned out a clogged air vent. He told us to see if it worked properly now and if not, he'd come back and go on to the next thing. No charge for the service call.

Needed help at 8:00 Sunday night, toilets, bath, and shower overflowing, yuck! Discount was the only company willing to come out and Ryan answered the phone was very helpful and Francisco was excellent! He went above and beyond and did great work. So friendly and patient. Thank you so much!

I had a big job done. My water heater was leaking and I needed a new one... My service tech. was very professional and did a great job also found a crack in my bathroom sink so will be back in a few days to replace that. I've used them before and will continue, they are quick , professional and come when they say with a on the way call. Great job!!

Had a leak from my outside water softener, Francisco was able to come the next day in the morning and was able to resolve it. Francisco was patient and hard working to get to the bottom of the leak and repairing it. Got other estimates for $1000 and Francisco was able to replace parts of the pipe that were corroded for $259 total. Very knowledgeable, polite and hard working, even educated me on the pipes, soil, connection lines and gave advice on how to fix if needed on my own. Great guy, will call again if I need help and ask specifically for him!

They charged us 399$ an hour! Almost 1600$ for 4 hours of work. Do not use this company. It looks like they opened a second yelp account so I wanted to make sure my review still reflects on their new one to warn people.

This company has the most amazing customer service! In Stockton it's rare to find a company that will go the extra mile to help a customer! We had multiple problems under our kitchen sink and were without water for a few days before calling. Forest came and saved the day! He is friendly and so helpful! The price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did and time he spent! If I ever have another plumbing problem I would 100% call and ask specifically for Forest! He's the only plumber for us! Having a plumbing situation? Call them! You won't be sorry!

Redd from Discount Plumbing saved us! We called Discount Plumbing after our home warranty sent out two other plumbers that couldn't get the job done. Redd had all of the right equipment in his van and went right to work. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, I have already given out the name of this company and Redd twice since our call last month. Thank you Discount plinking for taking care of my properties. We don't live in the area but all the reseals are there and no matter what happened we always have a company to go to! All my tenants need to do is to schedule an appointment and after I approve the quote all the problems are taken care of. I sm appauled by the customer service I recieved at the initial phone call. I called to inquire about service, Ryan answered and was so rude!!!!! He ended my call by hanging up on me just because I was questioning his qoute of $150 to uncloge a toilet. This place was recomended to me but I will not even give them a second thought as Ryans rudness and unprofessional demeaner on the phone will have me going to another company for our plumbing needs.
