First of all, I understand it's a Sunday today. I can't believe I had one little piece in my toilet replaced and I was charged 214.00 for probably a 15.00 dollar part. I will never call you guys again that was ridiculous and I asked the worker is it because today is Sunday and he said NO. If you want to get ripped off call these guys because they will do a good job of it. NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU GET A PHONE CALL FROM ME!!!! When he came from the truck inside with the part he said 214.00 and I swear I thought he was telling me the part number in case it broke again.

I called discount plumbing Saturday morning Ryan got Steve to come out 1-3 the same day for a bathroom shower handle in one unit and a leaking toilet in another unit. Steve was prompt, professional, very detailed and sent before/after photos. Steve takes his time explaining everything and gets the job done! We've been using discount plumbing for over a year and haven't had any issues.

I hired discount plumbing to check and turn on a water heater. The technician said it was ok and supposedly turned it on. Forty minutes later there was no hot water thus I called their main number. A technician was scheduled to come out in two days because they were supposedly booked until then. A second technician came and said that he could not touch the water heater and that the first technician should come to resolve the issue. I was charged $200+ and the customer service was horrible on top of everything. Finally I asked for the manager and left several voice messages on his voice mail box. Nobody responded. I received a bill of $200 + bill from their accounting claiming that I had not paid the original amount and that I must pay this extra amount or they would take legal action. While all this was happening I disputed the charge with the credit card company. The credit card company sent me a copy of the documents the manager, Steve, sent them. Included in the documents was a falsified copy of the original invoice and a property document of my property along with a letter threatening to file a lien on my property if I did not pay them. He added a line on the invoice to make it seem that they repaired the water heater. It was a lie. I contacted discount plumbing again via their website chat, voice and email and told them about these papers. Shortly after that they refunded me the money. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.

After writing a previous review which told of extreme overcharging by this company, I received a very nice note from Don asking that I provide him with the invoice number and he would look into it. I provided the invoice number and, again, stated the reasons for my review. That was weeks ago. There has been no word from him. It would have been nice to hear even if it was only that the charge was correct.

Initial call was handled professionally. The tech showed up at the promised time after a text telling me he was on the way. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our hot water heater was not working properly. He looked it over, told us a few things that could be causing the problem, and cleaned out a clogged air vent. He told us to see if it worked properly now and if not, he'd come back and go on to the next thing. No charge for the service call.

Needed help at 8:00 Sunday night, toilets, bath, and shower overflowing, yuck! Discount was the only company willing to come out and Ryan answered the phone was very helpful and Francisco was excellent! He went above and beyond and did great work. So friendly and patient. Thank you so much!

I had a big job done. My water heater was leaking and I needed a new one... My service tech. was very professional and did a great job also found a crack in my bathroom sink so will be back in a few days to replace that. I've used them before and will continue, they are quick , professional and come when they say with a on the way call. Great job!!

Had a leak from my outside water softener, Francisco was able to come the next day in the morning and was able to resolve it. Francisco was patient and hard working to get to the bottom of the leak and repairing it. Got other estimates for $1000 and Francisco was able to replace parts of the pipe that were corroded for $259 total. Very knowledgeable, polite and hard working, even educated me on the pipes, soil, connection lines and gave advice on how to fix if needed on my own. Great guy, will call again if I need help and ask specifically for him!

They charged us 399$ an hour! Almost 1600$ for 4 hours of work. Do not use this company. It looks like they opened a second yelp account so I wanted to make sure my review still reflects on their new one to warn people.
