Extremely poor customer service skills. Several of their dispatch technicians communicates in a very condescending manner which is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. Poor response time and was boldly unapologetic for any delays on their end.

I was very disappointed by this company. Even though they were very quick to send some one free of charge to my house next day to look at the issue with the tub spout but they were not honest about the repair required to fix the issue. They provided estimates to fix the issue most expensive way (hundreds of dollar). Upon researching the issue myself on the youtube and discussing the issue with a homedepot associate I have found out that all it needed was a $7.49 Tub Spout diverter repair kit which is available from local ACE hardware and CLR to clean the spout. I am not sure why the service man went for the expensive option with out providing me with a least expensive repair option.

I called the day before and requested a plumber to repair a leaking supply line that was flooding the yard they said they would send a technician to do the repairs needed. This is an apartment complex and the main water supply would need to be shut off for the repair. All the tenants had been notified of the shut off as required. The technician cane and only wanted to do an estimate and to schedule the repairs later. This leak needed to be done right away and I had said that when the tech was scheduled.
When I have called other plumbers and other service companies they came and was ready to attend to the repairs along with providing and estimate. This company is a waste of time.

Steven (or Stephen) was the most professional and polite plumber we've ever had come into our home! He's young, but he's got class and courtesy and lots of experience already.

Deserves zero stars. I'm out of town for work and my water heater went out. My wife made an appointment yesterday and they never showed up. After we called them they promised us to be first appointment today. No showed again. We called another plumber and they are taking care of us. Horrible place of business. The guy on the phone was very smug with me. I enjoyed giving him my piece of mind. They are a joke. If you have an emergency DO NOT call these clowns. They'll let you down.

If I could give no stars I would! Ryan is so rude!! I called and made an appointment Thursday and was told no one could come out until Friday. Friday no one shows up, no one calls, no knock at the door nothing. I call to ask what's going on and they tell me the technician marked the job complete when in fact it was not. So instead of doing the right thing and sending someone out the same night they tell me I have to wait another day with no toilet. No one shows up the following day. Ryan try's to make every excuse as to how it is not the company's screw up. He tells my my address is not my address, then says they sent the plumber to the wrong address, then refuses to send someone out! The right thing to do would have been apologetic and make it right! The best thing would have been to send an emergency tech out Friday after my first complaint call. Absolutely horrible customer service and probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had with a company.

Sounds like Ryan is a real problem over there. He just hung up on my wife after trying to tell us our apartment number doesn't exist. After being without a toilet for multiple days now and getting the run around from Ryan, we're probably calling Roto Rooter. I would not recommend using Discount Plumbing in Tracy.

Never AGAIN! Caution yourself when you call these guys. They came to fix my 2 shower leaks and charged $200. Well over a week later one shower began to leak again! They came back to fix it and charged me over $100 to fix their mistake. Even after the office had told me that they wouldn't charge me! So use at your own risk.

Just called and spoke to Bryan and just had a bad experience over the phone. Literally hung up the phone as I was asking questions in regards to an installation. These guys were my go to guys but unfortunately not anymore. Thank you Brian for a very experience. You guys lost a loyal and long time customer.
