Tom J.Poor service needed two water flow meters put in. They scheduled me a week out before someone could do an estimate. They showed up on time but did not know the price of water flow meters which is ok. Told me he needed to go to a plumbing store to get prices and come back and figure out what he needed to do and h h I've me an estimate. Never heard back called them they told me he was out in the field working fixing customers plumbing issues and estimates are not a priority. Told them I got two estimates same day again I'm not a priority would be nice if they tell you after I waited 1 week for them and they already knew what I wanted done bad customer service told them to forget the gentleman hung up on me. Surprise they are in business if I could give one star I would
