Please do NOT use this service. I've reached out multiple times via phone and no answer. This company was assigned to me through my warranty company, Choice Home Warranty. After a week and a half of trying to get in contact with this company via phone and through email with CHW, they finally reassigned me to a different service provider.

Terrible! I was given a window of 11am-3pm. He answered at 10:50am, told me he would be there today, and he never showed. At 3:30pm I left him a voicemail, sent a text, and NO RESPONSE! I can't believe he is still in business.

Please do not Use this company they only take your money and will not come back to do the work I will not use Choice Warranty ever again because they are not checking these company's they are coming out only to get your money. This company was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, My warranty company made the appointment with him to be dispatched out to my home, he never came or called, I called numerous times as well as messaged him for hours, no response, please do not use this company if so I can promise you either he will not show and if he does he will take your money tell you he's coming back and never returns to do the work as a family member experienced this as well as myself with this company, please beware of this company!!!

Listen to all of the reviews. If your home warranty company sends this plumber DO NOT allow him to do any work. Insist that your warranty company send out another vendor. They will no call/no show over and over. And that's the best case scenario.

Horrible horrible company! My home warranty dispatched them they didn't do the job right the 1st time and actually caused a backup into my house! Called and called home warranty called and emailed NEVER ANSWERED ! Costing my hundreds of dollars and can't inhabit my home for a few days so a big F!U! Go out of business read google reviews it's even worse on there'!
