Called for emergency service after the other company I booked was delayed and could not tell me when they could arrive. Discount plumbing promised a tech between noon and 2. At 115 I got a call that the tech had arrived but realized my building was taller than 8 floors. The call was to apologize but they didn't have insurance to cover servicing above 8 floors.
I thought I'd provided my unit number in the initial call but if not that should have been a question BEFORE the tech came out. Waste of my time and effort for emergency service!!

I had an emergency toilet repair and they were able to get to my place within 2 hours. Roman, the technician, was knowledgable, friendly, and efficient.

I have no idea if the price was competitive since I didn't have a chance to shop around, but I was pleased with work.

I had an over the top experience with discount plumbing! I went with them based off the estimate they gave me (which was significantly lower then other companies I called!) and they got my problem fixed in no time and cleaned up very well after the job. I definitely would recommend giving these guys a call.

I am not sure whether they were trying to take advantage of me or simply didn't want to take on the job. The quote I was given after taking 10 minutes to assess what needed to be done was three times higher than anyone else was come to the house since. They were excellent. On time, reasonable prices, and the best thing was is they offer financing with 18 months same as cash. My whole basement was flooded and they installed a clean and check system and when all that rain hit the city all my neighbors basements flooded which is very sad but I'm proud to say I had no sewer water in my basement. And they also did a very good job cleaning up after they completed the job. The entire job took less than 2 days. Thank you Keith for being professional and at explaining to me every step of the way. I highly recommend discount plumbing Chicago to every household.
