I needed a Fluidmaster replaced in my toilet. I called these guys and told them what I needed. They were going to charge me over 300 dollars plus labor, over 300 dollars plus labor!! It was just a Fluidmaster!! I found one Amazon Prime for less than 17 dollars! And it was delivered within 12 hours!
I have replaced the Fluidmasters before in other toilets in my house. I am older now and thought I'd have a professional do it. They heard my voice and immediately heard an easy payday. How do people live with themselves when they do this. To feed on other people ignorance is disgusting! How many others have they scammed?
These guys are not the only business that has done this to me. Big Apple Auto tried to milk for over 2,000 dollars for a whole new brake system on my car, when I didn't need it! I went to Pep Boys and had them check my brake system, I only need a quarter of what Big Apple Auto was going to do. I paid Pep Boys well under 800 dollars! Once again a business sees a woman and automatically sees an easy payday!
All you women out there, be careful when you hire and how much you get charged!

My water heater went out and after calling around they were the most reasonable and efficient there was no delay in coming out and replacing my water heater didn't tell to upsell me (like the other companies) and still giving me everything that was needed and did an excellent job! Then I had to call for my irrigation valve was pouring out and got quotes from landscaping companies ( didn't realize a plumber can do that ) so I again called discount plumber they came no delays and did another awesome job.... And the cost was 1/2 of what I was quoted by others. Who by the way never called back after coming by to see the job. Since then I used them for my irrigation valve replacement and put a shit off handle while working in a very tight area. Discount plumbing has always answered my call even on the weekends and has been nothing but kind and got someone out to fix my issues and did it correctly no short cuts! I am a very picky person and and more than happy with them!!!

We had a fast leak under our kitchen sink and called Discount Plumbing. They came out in less than a 1/2 hour.
The guy saw the problem and immediately went to his truck to get the part needed and repaired the leak quickly. He removed the water in the cabinet and dried the area out so that I could replace all the supplies underneath.
I will use them again.

Discount Plumbing spent two hours on the phone to provide me, a disabled senior citizen, with assistance in obtaining repairs on a water heater still under warranty, knowing they would not get the contract.

Called for a quick easy fix they tried to charge $375 for a $20 fix. Having a professional company fix it for $250 the same day with a one year warranty and $25 off for being a new client. It's ridiculous they call themselves discount plumbing.

I appreciate that they were able to schedule the job in a timely manner, however the service was WAY overpriced. $375 for a short pipe run with a few elbows as pictured. Lesson learned, however, no hard feelings just won't be hiring again.

Luis made things happen for our house. We are selling and needed to change 2 34 year old water heaters prior to an inspection in 2 days. Luis gave us many options and was able to work with our tight schedule to make it happen. He is fair priced. Very professional. His company does what they say they're going to do. They brought everything up to code for the sale. Plus they left everything clean.
