This was beyond the call of duty to help us rescue a kitten from a Conduet pipe .there where 7 pipes we had no idea which one the kitten was in but your guys came out with a camera and located it
Then helped us retire it as it was 33 ft across and 5 feet deep area on the back area of a big store
You stayed till the end asking nothing in return

They came to reset a toilet! Nothing more nothing less. The way they schedule business is horrible! The way they price the job! $450 for a less than a 30 minute job and came the day before when I had scheduled a time to come on a Monday. They showed up on Sunday at 7:00am in the morning! I booked the appointment and then the called my husband to change it! They should have called me not him! He is unwell and doesn't sleep much at night! So a 7:00am on Sunday it unjustifiable! Bad business practices!

I have gone with these guys for years. Whenever there was something I needed, these guys were fast and reliable. Leaky faucet, water heater, toilet, anything over the years. Dependable, professional, courteous. They know what needs to be done and at a fair price. No complaints. It's not called ""Overpriced"" plumbers.

We had issues where water to both of the bathrooms nearly stopped and an orange residue (beads) started coming out. We called Discount Plumbing and we had an appt scheduled the following day. Kyle was the Plumber who came out. He was amazing! Very friendly and professional. He was able to quickly assess and pinpoint the problem and within about an hour everything was restored to good working order. It ended up being the result of an old water softener that we had never used. It was unplugged but Kyle said water still ran through it and plugged all of the faucets. He fixed that so that water will no longer filter through it and cause anymore problems. Pricing was excellent too! I would recommend Discount Plumbing and Kyle to anyone needing a top plumber.

We called Discount Plumbing for an estimate. Kyle came within 1 hr on same day. He is polite, courteous and very professional. He is very efficient to address the problem about upstair toilet issue and water damage onto 1st floor ceiling. He quickly tested where water leakage and fixed that toilet. He replaced a wax ring. He then fixed the other toilet of the flap and fluid master. Both issues were done quickly. We then asked him to look at our garbage disposal. He attempted to savage our garbage disposal but could not. He offered a new garbage disposal and installed it on the same day. All of the tasks he completed in about 2 hrs. We were extremely happy with the cost and with Kyle's service.

My tankless water heater stopped working. This happened on late Friday evening. It was difficult finding a plumber on the weekends. The first plumbing company I called said my water heater was broken and needed to be replaced. The guy they sent over did not even open my heater to diagnose the problem. My family had no hot water for a few days and I was getting frustrated and I almost agreed with the first company I called to get it replaced. But I decided to call another plumbing company to get a second opinion. So I called Discount Plumbing in Manteca. They sent Felix the next available appointment. Felix was very professional. He was very informative and explained to me each step while he was diagnosing the problem. I felt comfortable and I knew I could trust him. He was able to fix my water heater and I would like to say to Felix ""Thank you, you rescued my family from cold showers!"" I highly recommend Discount Plumbing in Manteca if you need plumbing services.

We have used Discount Plumbing on many occasions and have always found them to be very responsive to our needs, doing everything they can to schedule us in quickly. The plumbers who have come are professional, friendly, efficient, courteous, and they clean up after themselves. We believe we get good value for their service and they keep their charges reasonable. They even applied a coupon discount though we didn't have a coupon. We will continue to call them first for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.
