Showed up and billed me $330 and did nothing except walk in, look at a leak that I had stopped and told me they'd schedule the repair for later in the week. Honestly was there about 2-3 minutes. Karen, their secretary, was great in trying to help, but was not able to do anything due to the owner. The company overall will rip you off. The plumber they sent was useless.

I requested maintenance for my furnace that had not been cleaned or checked in a number of years. The company sent Raven to complete the job. I thought Raven explained the problems she noted well and did not try to scare me into immediately replacing my 21 year old furnace. Raven arrived on time and presented herself in a very professional manner. She easily answered the questions I had and quickly discovered the reason the furnace was making so much noise. I was very happy with this service call and felt happy as I felt Raven explained all of the problems with the old furnace in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend Raven as a great furnace technician.

This should be called Scammer Mechanical because they overcharge and don't know what they're doing! I got charge up front for their first mechanic to waste 2hrs and buy a part that is not even broken. Then the part came and it didn't fixed the issue! We wasted 2 weeks for these AH! Parts are 2x or 3x expensive and lie about shipping speed. I cancelled my service and called Alkota, the mechanic came and knew what was wrong in less than 15mins and they didn't charge me for the visit! Alkota fixed my boiler and the parts was half the price these Discount scammer Mechanics quoted me! F them.

I should have read the reviews prior to paying the $89.00 call out fee, I told them exactly what needed to be fixed, what parts were needed, took pictures of the cracked elbow and sent it to them. The guy came out and said this is a big job, this is a big job. It wasn't, draining the boiler was the ""hard"" part, it was not a big job, it was to replace an elbow and crimp a 4 inch piece of pex. They provided a quote with a 10 foot piece of pex, and gave me exactly what I told them was wrong in the first place for $89.00 that would not be applied the repair, that is just to get them to go to your place. Then the original plumber called me and denied he said it was a big job, (gaslighting) so I paid $89.00 for a confrontation and did not let them back to my place. I will never recommend or call them again. No integrity, and they should let you know it isn't time and materials, they make up what they are going to charge you.

They had to come back 2 times first time they said the back house had no electric had to tell them to push the button on the socket in the room. Then they stated they don't do drywall repair I said OK I can find someone to do it and they don't do electric but they have someone they work with. The electrician never called or showed for the job. I called a separate electrician to do job. That electrician stated there is a significant whole that needs repair and the closing flap for exhaust is missing for outside exhaust from a fan out of the box?? The poor tenant did not know any better thought it was just going to be repaired so she never sent me pictures (now I know better thought she would have said something). I had tenant send me pictures. I called DM all they had to say was it is on our invoice we don't do drywall and your on recording that the tech told you it was a square fan that I provided going into round whole. Maybe that would be the time to say it's just not a little repair maybe you should get a different fan if the whole is that big?? My experience with contractors they are suppose to suggest what would be best and not trying to be mean but I was driving cross country talking to this guy who had such a thick accent I could barely understand him. I have never seen a contractor and the current one even said he would never leave a job like that and he don't do drywall either but he would not leave a job like that. I will never use them again for them and electrician over $800 and now I have to pay someone $650 to fix it properly.

On 9/17/21 set up an appointment with this company that I was not familiar with through my HSA home warranty. I was told they were the preferred company to use by the HSA rep on the phone. I have two semi-functioning toilets, one is leaking, and two toddlers so when they set up my appointment 11 days out I was anxious but accepted it. My husband and I made several arrangements to be home for this appointment. They called me the day before the appointment to tell me they wouldn't be able to help me until October 28th 2021, which is more than a month away! So unprofessional and a complete disappointment. Additionally a huge waste of our time. I would give them zero stars if I could. I will be requesting that HSA pick someone else for their preferred business. Ridiculous service!

Terrible company!!! They supposedly inspected and signed off on our house prior to our purchase. Few weeks afterwards the heater has problems and home warranty company sends same company to inspect. The inspector finds burnt gaskets, wires, and flame marks on the heater. He states, ""don't know how anyy one can miss all this problem with the inspection,, the person who inspected it did not even open the heater to check"" but sign off on it. When I told them it was them, he said they would make it right, but send me an estimate for $10,000 plus dollars even with home warranty! Dishonest! Run away!

I had a horrible experience with Discount mechanical and would recommend staying away from this company. I called because I had a clogged drain. The technician came to my house tightened the trap under the sink and then told me they don't do rudder work and they don't unclog drains. I was charged an hours worth of work. I listened to the recording with the technician and I specifically asked for help with a clogged drain and they failed to let me know that they do not unclog drains. I was charged a 145 dollars to tighten a T Trap.They are a worthless plumbing company that doesn't do plumbing. When I talked to the office manager she acknowledged the error on her staff for not informing me about the fact they don't unclog drains. She said she would reimburse me for 1/2 hour of service. When she called me back she said she would not reimburse anything after talking to the owner. I told her to have the owner call me back but the owner was too much of a coward to call me back.

Did not show up wearing a mask, I had to ask for them to put it on during our worst spike with Covid 19. It's mandatory to wear a mask to go in public places, so it should be mandatory to wear a mask when you are going from household to household for work. And he took the mask off while working after I had asked him to put it on. At this point I could care less if the work is good this is my life and my families lives at stake
