DO NOT GO HERE.. called this man out told him of a pre existing issue before service he charged me then instead of using a snake basically stuck a water hose down my main line. Then gave me a thirty day guarantee, we left on vacation not using the facilities at all. Upon returning my home smell like sewage none of the facilities are working so I called him back because he gave me a 30 day guarantee and now he wants to charge me $200 to run a camera down my line when in fact that's what he should have done in the first place. Here is what happened. My rental property toilet keep overflow while using the shower upstairs. Since the company I work for is doing property management and we have been using Walter for a while, I decided to give it a try. Well the appointment was first scheduled from 1 to 3pm and my tenant rushed home before 1 from work and called Walter, he said he could not make it and it has to rescheduled 6 to 8. At 6pm, my tenant went to her mom's home from work which in the same community picking up key and waiting his phone call since she left the key to her mom at noon due to this plumber missed the appointment in the first place, WITHOUT calling my tenant when he arrived there at 5:35, he called at 6:14 and telling my tenant he is leaving bz nobody is at home... my tenant was really frustrated, if he would call her, she will be home in 2 mins. The next morning, I received $75 trip fee from Walter which pissed me off so I sent another plumber to unclog the drain.
Three weeks later, same issue again, I realized it could be the roots or other serious issue, thinking if I give this big job to him, he could waive the $75, so I sent him back to put the camera and do the jetting spray, he was doing a good job to be honest, but it is not cheap, $725, I have no problem paying it at all and I even spread his business card to my friend who has the same issue as mine. You know what? Two months later, he still asked me to pay the $75 trip fee, and saying if I am not paying it if our office call him for service, he will add it on the next bill.
SERIOUSLY? AFTER GIVE HIM A $725 JOB, HE STILL CHARGES ME THE $75 TRIP FEE AND IT SEEMS LIKE HE DOES NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT LOSING HIS CLIENTS(BOTH ME AND MY OFFICE) AT ALL. Anyway I paid the trip fee today and not sure if my office will still use him but me myself will never use him anymore!

Very prompt and effective service! Walter was out within an hour ad unclogged my main drain line. He is very professional and his price was 50% less than what Rotor Rooter quoted me. If you need a service they provide I would go with this company and don't waste your time/money with others!

I chat on yelp with the owner and agree on a $150 price for a sewer hydro Jetting service.
I choose this company because that was the cheapest estimate.
That ended up on a $550.00 service plus credit card fees!!!
For two 1/2 hours job without any parts used that's just THEFT.
There's nothing ""Discount"" in this company mostly the total opposite!!!

I run a local small business and I've had major plumbing issues at my location for months on end. Multiple other plumbers came out and tried to snake my mainline with no luck. They would come out for 5 to 6 hours at a time and cannot get the line cleared. Finally I called discount drains they came out one time in under one hour they had us cleaned out and not one issue since truly amazing company they got the job done

Terrance came out to my mothers house on a warranty call today while she was at work so I showed up to let him in. First of all the warranty call was in my opinion not their fault in the least but they honored it anyways. Terrance was very professional and efficient. My wife called them in the morning and we are the ones who had to ask for a later time because of appointment conflicts. We had an appointment window of 3:00-5:00 and Terrance was there right at 3:00 ready to go. If we or anybody we know ever needs drain help this is who I am recommending. 12 yrs plumbing experience here so I know what I am watching, If I can hire it out I'm done getting my hands dirty LOL!

Called them with a clogged master drain pipe outside of my house. They came and had it fixed all within an hour! Pleasant and professional service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!
