I called and Walter answered right away. We scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Walter texted me when he was on the way. When he arrived he told me exactly what he was going to do. I looked up on Yelp for a Drain Cleaning service. I lucked out, I phoned on a Sunday afternoon, spoke with Walter and was assured the service would be taken care of in the morning, and by G-d it was. Walter showed up at my rental property in Southern Highlands as promised. The drain in fact was plugged and I also had the drain ""water jetted"" to prevent further problems. That is in fact as long as the tenant does NOT keep putting non-disposable items down the drain.

This company is outstanding! The gentleman came in diagnosed & took care of the problem for a very very reasonable cost! We had another company come in and only diagnose the problem & would come back to finish it. My family was desperate as the toilet was spilling over for days & he came in & fixed the issue in less than an hour! Super thankful to have came across him & this company. I will definitely recommended him to ANYONE & EVERYONE who has plumbing issues very knowledgeable, fast & again reasonably priced another company came in & was charging $900 to ""fix"" the issue but said needed to make a huge hole in the wall he charged significantly less than that & didn't have to ruin our walls. Also, wanted to mention, he didn't just fix the issue he additionally let us know what the issue was and ways to prevent this from happening again. Thanks so much for your great service & thanks for being so easy to get ahold of, and fast to come and take care of the job. Great customer service & job that cannot be beat !!!!

I requested a bunch of quotes from plumbers through Yelp late last night and received a prompt response from Walter with a very reasonable and fair quote.

Discount Drain Cleaning was able to replace my broken garbage disposal the next morning and even found another rusted-thru pipe while doing their due diligence. Glad they went above and beyond in their service so I didn't have to deal with further issues down the road

I had issues with one of my toilets. I sent 4 messages out on yelp. Discount drain responded first, and one of the most professionally. They called me, as requested but then I got distracted with life. Three weeks later, the day before thanksgiving my kitchen sink starts to back up. I send a text asking about availability for both issues. They knew who I was, and even had my information at the ready. They came right away, no emergency charge or anything.

They were polite, friendly, and professional. For my toilet they explained how I could do it myself before telling me what they would charge if I wanted their help For the kitchen sink they had to use some fancy tools, and charged me comparable to what some other yelp responses had quoted for a clog.

I am very happy with these guys, and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!

Came home to a clogged toilet, sink, and bathtub tonight and called a plumber only to be told the job was too much for them to handle and to contact a drain cleaner instead.
