I didn't think I'd be seeing Joe so soon after the last job but with three properties, my plumbing needs are necessarily multiplied. This time, failed piping on my side of a water meter was discovered by a meter reader. One call to Joe quickly resolved the issue. Joe worked me into his already busy schedule and I can't thank him enough.

Joe knows plumbing. He also knows the value of customer service. I don't ordinarily write recommendations on Yelp, but Joe deserves commendation.

Joe Disalvo is a customer service oriented plumber who was established in Santa Clara for 35 years where he had the honor of being one of the top 10 plumbers in the county. He moved to Windsor a year or so ago. Since he's starting over in a new area, I can usually get him the same day and after using him twice, decided to write a review. Joe is honest ... he won't gouge and he shows up without an attitude ... very nice ... and does a great job. I highly recommend you call him first if you need something done right away. You won't be sorry. He's a good guy!

I called disalvo plumbing for a repair in my bath room that I tried to fix my self, the person who originally did the work when the house was built didn't know what they were doing. When I talked to joe I asked for a quote and it was very reasonable. I asked when would he be available to do the job he replied tomorrow morning between 8:30-9:00 I asked if he could call before he came so I could be ready, he said no problem I'll talk to you in the morning. 8:30 in the morning I got the phone call and he was here shortly after. He did an awesome job he was a very nice man and very honest and efficient. Im going to recommend him to all of my friends. Thanks joe I really appreciate your hard work, and I will be calling you in the future for any other problems I come across. 7/8/16

I've hired Joe twice. Both were for water leaks so had to be done quickly. The first was for a busted water heater/install and the second was for a busted garbage disposal/install. Both needed to be replaced. Joe came out within a day of both issues and even had both products on hand. I loved that I didn't have to go research/purchase these items on my own. He is down to earth, professional and quick! Also, very affordable. I would hire him again and again....

Very disappointed in Disalvo plumbing. I left a call on July 2nd for some plumbing issues I needed fixed. Received a call back from Joe letting me know that they were closed for the holiday, but would give me a call on Monday. Not a problem I told him. Anticipating a call on Monday, I took the day off thinking that he would probably schedule some time to drop by. I waited a half a day, thinking that he was in the middle of a job, I called and got voicemail. I left a message explaining who I was, our conversation on Thursday, and his word that he would be calling me. Left my number, again, and waited. No call. Tuesday, no call. I contacted another plumber and he showed up that afternoon as promised. Still no call from Joe. I guess when you have plenty of work, and you don't need more work, you ignore the person and hope they go away. Well, I went away. Good luck running a business in this manner.

A few years ago Joe put a gas line and hot water heater into our house along with a gas line for a dryer. We were very impressed with all aspects of the job and quality of work. Recently it took several attempts to contact Joe to install a gas line for a fireplace insert. Joe came out to look at the job and said he would get back to us with an estimate. After waiting a week, I tried to contact Joe twice, messages were not returned. I would have liked to have liked the courtesy of being told he did not want to do the job, instead of being ignored after being told an estimate would be coming. Finally went with another local plumber. Very disappointed

I'm very happy with the service I got with these guys a couple days ago. My toilet was leaking, and I was worried for the worst: cracked porcelain, etc. But Nick showed up, found it needed a new wax seal, got everything done and was out the door for less than $125. I'm very satisfied :)
