Quick scheduling three days in advance with owner Jack. On the work day, Jack confirmed the plumber's name and estimated time of arrival. The Plummer Laz was polite, professional and thorough. I appreciated that Laz followed COVID protocols by wearing a mask the entire time he was working.
Laz quickly determined a plan for the replacement of a frost free hose bib and he corrected the connector from the previous work.
I appreciated that Laz showed me the new part and showed me the completed work. Laz checked for leaks and he remembered to turn-on my water heater. Laz also checked the water temperature before leaving. Excellent experience with The Dirty Plumber!! Fair prices for the high quality work. Highly recommended.

I called Dirty Plumber after another plumber (Jolly Rooter) refused to work on my master bath leak saying it was too hard of a job. Dirty Plumber answered right away and scheduled Employee Laz to come within hours. Laz was on time and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed fast. The pricing was also very reasonable.

On time. Worked within time frame. Had to get parts and come back. But otherwise fixed my husbands botched job of installing a bidet attachment. No plus or minus. Got the job done. Minus $291 for two hours and some parts we had. Wish I could leave a better review.

This company is a joke. I was scheduled for an appointment at our house at 1030 today. I called in at 11 am to ask where the tech was and the owner told me I was lying about having an appointment today. I told him I spoke with an employee yesterday to confirm my appointment. He raised his voice and again he called me a liar and told me to find another plumber. Great customer service.

I help my daughter take care of her rental property and her property had a leaky hose bib underneath the deck. The bib was hard to get to to shut it off and needed to be relocated. I don't know if plumbing companies don't like to go into crawl spaces but I received 2 other bids for the job and
They both were over $1000.00. I called Dirty Plumber and although they didn't come out he gave me an estimate of under $600.00. I told him that I wanted copper piping and he said no problem that they charge $175.00 an hour plus materials. At first I was somewhat skeptical because he didn't look at the job however the owner who I assumed I was talking to knew how long a job like that would take. Dirty plumber arrived on the job wearing a face mask and being very personable, his name was Henry K. Henry within 20 minutes got all of his supplies, tools organized and proceeded under the house to relocate hose bib. Within 2 hours the job was completely finished and no more leaky faucet and relocated with copper piping. The job total was $400.00. Less than what was quoted and way less than my other 2 bids. Henry was quick, and extremely knowledgeable in plumbing. I will certainly recommend this Company to anyone with plumbing needs. Many times I feel that women get taken advantage of area unfamiliar to them, this company is certainly top on my list now, THANK YOU SO MUCH!,

We called and Jack came out the same day. Great service and a great job!
He was also quite happy to honor the first time customer discount to us since we did mention it at the time of service. It makes sense that he has so many customers and people working for him that he does not necessarily keep track of who is a new customer. So, word to the wise: if you are a new customer, be sure to mention the discount offer so it can be applied.
We were happy with the prompt response and communication, and the work was excellent.

Enrique was awesome! He showed up with a mask on and was super friendly. He worked hard for several hours moving our hot water heater to another location in our basement. I would highly recommend Enrique and Dirty plumber.
