I've used Dirty Plumber twice now in the last year. Once for a broken disposal and the second for a broken back flow prevention valve. Both times they responded to my inquiry almost right away and were able to come fix quickly. We were also able to get a general quote without a service call or inspection first. Everyone we've worked with has been friendly, professional, and have had no issues with the work. We will definitely be using them again in the future. We had a leaking toilet valve. Somebody was available to answer the phone when I I called and connected me with a plumber to discuss my problem. They made an appt within 24 hours , they were on time , called us 30 minutes prior to showing up , there were upfront about cost and was able to guess about how long it would take based on the information I provided over the phone . Robert was very polite and the invoice they provided when the work was done was detailed. They got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price . I would recommend .

Had to replace a faulty shower temperature control valve. Called several for estimates. Settled with Dirty Plumber due to good reviews and fair pricing. Keaton called and said he could be at my home within an hour. I wasn't expecting same day service, sure was a pleasant surprise. Sure enough, Keaton came over, I explained the issue. Within a couple of hours, it was done! He was very courteous and polite and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They're magnetic business card is on my fridge for all of my future plumbing needs.!

The problem was an easy fix so he also gave us tips for next time on how to trouble shoot so we can try ourselves before calling. Our garbage disposal suddenly stopped working Monday night. Tuesday evening I sent a project request via Yelp and got a message from Dirty Plumber about an hour or so later. Very quick to respond and the owner was able to have someone come out the next morning to check it out.
Robert came out within the expected timeframe and was very friendly and professional. It was an easy fix and within 5 min of inspecting our garbage disposal, it was fixed! He also taught us a little tip about our unit. They have to charge for a full hour of work which makes sense. Dirty Plumber was quick to respond, communicated well and friendly! Thanks guys.

Our garbage disposal was not sounding good then totally died. We tried to see if something was stuck in it but couldn't find anything. I called Dirty Plumber and was immediately put through to Jack. He said he could send someone out the same day and Robert, the plumber, showed up in less than 3 hours of my call, which was amazingly quick! He found we had a jam in our disposal so really didn't need a new one! Robert was professional & polite. We appreciated the fast and professional service!
