Make a very expensive mistake by not reading Yelp reviews in advance.
Same scenario as other reviews. Kitchen drain was stopped-up. It was a Saturday and we needed assistance immediately. Dirty Jobs Steve arrived and unclogged the drain with a charge of $200.
Four mths. later and the drain clogged again. Called Dirty Jobs again with a $195 charge to once again unclog the drain. After a couple of attempts, Steve made the most hostage request I have ever experienced....he wanted to charge an additional $75 because it was necessary to extend the cable further down the drain. Ultimately the drain was unclogged.
1st visit = $200 2nd visit = $283.50 Total = $483.50 Simply outrageous.
I'm now suspicious if Steve is a licensed plumber?
STRONG RECOMMENDATION...DO NOT CALL DIRTY JOBS UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN. Plumbline is the best most reliable and cost efficient plumber in Denver....give them a call for honest work.

Incompetent and dishonest. Those are the best words to describe these people. Had a simple job to be done. Took my credit card number in advance however saying that they preferred cash, which I provided. I was Charged $490 for a simple faucet leaking. Less than 48 hours it was leaking profusely again. Next morning I called Roberta to ask Steve to come back and was told that I would have to pay another $150 visit charge plus any part he had to replace. Of course, he didn't show me the part he said he replaced. To fix his bad job I had to pay him again, which seemed unbelievable to me. If you hire these guys there is no warranty whatsoever on the job. So, be careful, because they seem to be more available than other services. And now I know why.

Cheap was NOT Good! Work was not satisfactory for the water heater installation! Did not replace flex lines up to heater (now highly corroded) and used foil tape on the exhaust. VERY BAD! Not licensed either.

This person showed up late. He could not do the work I called him for because he showed up late and the water had to be turned back on in the building. Charged me full price for the trip and was very rude to me and my renter. I would characterize this company as unprofessional, do not give them your Credit card before they go over.

These pick on elderly and handicaped. Charge $600 more competion. Scamed mom eldery woman dumb enough give credit card first before he show up. Tell he his way go sowhere else. Instead we cancelled order after he left. Crook charged full amount of install and get rid of water heater. Without install or remove water heater.Delivered water heater middle drive way at 12:00 am.

I hired this company to clear a drain in my kitchen. It began backing up again a few hours later while doing a few dishes. When I requested the problem be fixed, I was told I would be charged again, and that they would assume we caused the problem. There was no discussing it with them; they just refused to do the job as they had promised.

I had used this company one other time and was pleased. Steve was to arrive between 10-noon and arrived at 1:15 - no phone call saying he was delayed. I was told payment could be by cc (6% surcharge) or cash. We had sewage backing into the house. 9 1/2 years ago he had cleared it. His wife, Roberta, told me if he had to pull the toilet it would be $75.00. He did not bring a camera with him but put a line out to the main sewer and said it was clear 110 ft in 2 directions He then said it must be under the house so he would have to pull the toilet - the cost for pulling the toilet $100.00 (I told him Roberta quoted be $75 and he said I misunderstood. She was sitting on my front porch so I reconfirmed the quote - $75). an additional $100.00 to look the 10 feet under the house.. I was desperate since I had 5 guests arriving to spend the night. My husband went to the bank to get the cash. Steve said the problem was under the house and it would have to be jack hammered open but it was clear for now and might last another 9-10 years. The total cost was $343.10.
When they left I started my washing machine and discovered the toilet had not been reset properly and I had suds all over the bathroom floor plus sewage back in the tub and toilet.
I called SG Rooter, they came out immediately, put a camera in the pipe and discovered the problem was where our pipe met the city line ($170.00 (including pulling the toilet). We were told we could not use our facilities but they could be out the next day to fix it (Saturday) and they would waive the $170. The next day it was totally fixed for what I thought was a reasonable price.
I called Steve to tell him how dissatisfied I was with his service (I was very polite but did ask for a 50% refund). He was quite belligerent and told me to go to hell and hung up. It's no wonder he wants cash!!!
