We hired Dirt Dynamics to pump out our septic tank two years ago. But this year it was a different story. We set up three appointments and they never showed. Didn't call, didn't explain, never said ""We're too busy, you'll have to find someone else."" We were established customers and they couldn't even do us the courtesy of calling when they couldn't make it.

After a month of getting the run around, we went with another company. They were out to our place within an hour of my calling.

If you want good communication and reliable service, look for it somewhere else.

I've never done business with them, but had a big problem with one of their drivers. We live at the end of a road, and one of the drivers was trying to turn around one of the big rigs with equipment on the trailer. He was tearing up my yard trying to make the turn, shouted profanities at me and flipped me the bird. I spoke with Mike
Stock, and he promised to repair my yard, even if he had to come out and do it himself. The damage was done over nine months ago! They have yet to keep their word and repair our yard!
