I do not trust many people with my home or car but I totally trust Dirk! One of the nicest person I have ever met. He never rushed, answered all of my questions with a smile. He is very respectful of your home by wearing shoe covers. He changed 4 of my faucets in such an efficient manner! Only took 4 hours. The installation was perfect. I highly recommend him!!!

If I could give ten stars, I would. Dirk was recommended to us a number of years ago when we had a problem with our newly installed shower plumbing. He diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly. He is so pleasant and nice to talk to. Recently he changed out our aging water regulator. In the process something got broken. Dirk replaced it and fixed it so it was better than the original installation. I could not believe he would do that. Nowadays nobody takes pride in their work or tries to improve on someone else's work. He is the best.

I have used the outstanding services of Dick Charron Plumbing twice since my first review. Dirk replaced our under mount kitchen sink for us and we couldn't be happier about the entire process. I contacted Dirk several times prior to installation with questions and he always replied back in a timely manner and was always courteous and helpful. On our install date, he showed up on time and did a thoroughly professional job. He covered the floor all the way to the front door with drop cloths and treated us and our home with great respect.
