David, the owner, came to help with a water leak I had. Very courteous and prompt. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. Was able to clear the line blockage quickly which solved the problem. Also David gave me some simple ideas on how to keep the blockage from happening in the future. My wife and I have used his services on many occasions and have always been happy! Also recommended them to my parents years ago and they have been using Direct Source for their services ever since

I began using them starting back in 2010. I had both a kitchen sink and my washing machine drain back up. I had two other companies come out, and both wanted me to spend over $300 to "scope" the drains, stating that I most likely had a foundation shift. Wanting a 3rd opinion, I called direct source. David, the owner, came out with his guys, listened to me, and then said "I want to try something first before running a scope and costing you more money."
He then proceeded to get out the normal drain snake, and then swapped out the tip with a wicked looking claw! He ran that in thru the outside access, and had my drains running perfectly. Only charged me $150 total, when he could've charged me double at least.

I've been using them for all my plumbing needs since then. I'd highly recommend them.

No stars!!! Big rip off... charged $80.00 to give a ridiculously over priced estimate to unclog a simple drain! Of no use... wanted $400.00 plus the $80.00 ... to run one line! Don't bother to ever call them!

I made an appointment for the next day between 12:00 & 2:00.
The lady said someone would call before arriving for appointment.
He called and arrived an hour before appointment time.
He described the problem and solution that I already knew, quoted me a reasonable price, had the repair done in a few hours and cleaned up real nice.

Great company, I highly recommend! Had a shower head that broke and wouldn't shut off, they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I'll definitely call them again with any other issues.

Had to cut off water at the street and take a day off work due a spraying leak somewhere under the the bathroom in my pier-and-beam house. Usual plumbers backed up two weeks but referred me to DSP&D and they had Mike out within an hour. Ground completely saturated under the house and pooled in the low spots... envisioned two-man crew smiling while they pumped water all morning. But no, Mike gave me a clean and reasonable estimate, did the work himself, charged me what he'd estimated. Can't ask for more than that. Will definitely call them with my next issue.
