I needed a plumber to visit my mother in law in the middle of nowhere Emanuel County, I live in Dallas, and Direct Services came to our rescue. Cathleen and Rick were a dream to work with! Thorough, communicative, helpful, and timely. Rick was knowledgeable and intelligent and communicated what he found and the needs beautifully. Sadly, Im not sure we will move forward with the project, but if we were going to fix all that was needed, Rick and Direct Services would be our vendor. Thank you all!

Everything was great from start to finish. Cathleen was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get me scheduled rather quickly. She told me what to expect on the day of service, and followed through as promised. Ethan arrived, assessed, provided options, and explained everything to me before I authorized the work. He was very knowledgeable & efficient and cleaned up behind himself...like he was never there. He left a card for me to reach out if there were any additional needs or recurring problems. 80 day warranty. I definitely recommend them!

Look in the dictionary for the words """"professional"""", """"friendly"""", and """"prompt"""" and you will find a picture of these guys. I have called on them 6 times now, from replacing a toilet to completely replacing my water lines, and each time I have been more than pleased by their excellent work. They take the time to thoroughly examine your problem, explain it to you, give you an estimate of the cost, and repair it in a timely manner. They never talk down to me and answer all my (often stupid) questions fully and clearly. If I ask for options, they give them to me. Believe me--if you have any problem whatsoever with plumbing, give these guys a call. You will never regret it!

Ethan and Seth did a Awesome repairing my faucet, head shower,chalking my stool at the bottom . I told them the problem I was having in my home and they took care it and I Love them . They r very straight up with their work and straight up on pricing they was changing me. I called another Plumbling on yesterday and they want to jive on us with the problem we was having in our with some plumbing issue, But Thank God for Direct Plumbling was a lifesaver today for The Lee Family. Very Difficult time of the year for anything and Plumbing Work to be included. I called late in the day on Monday and from the Secretary to the Guys doing the work the very next day, was a very cheerful pleasnant experience. I would recommend them far above anyone else !!

We lost our water heater Saturday evening and we were worried about how long it would take to replace. I called Direct Services at 9:00 am and was taking a hot shower by 3:00 pm! Fast and friendly service. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air these days. Highly recommended!
