Joel thank you very much, you're awesome!! Had an issue with my air conditioning drain pan and Joel went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the issue. In my experience, Steven was professional, competent, considerate, courteous, reliable and responsive. I had a hidden slab leak. Steven stopped by the same day I called him even though it was too late and rainy. He marked the location of pipes and leak. He was masked and I felt my family would be safe. After getting other opinions from other plumbers I decided to hire him. He and Gio provided timely, neat, and clean service. He accommodated my schedule on short notice. I have used Direct Plumbing on three didn't occasions now for both my personal residence and one of our rental properties. Steven and his team have been very response, done an amazing job, and focus more on the customer than nickel and diming every little thing. We have had them do a leak repair that required finding the source of the leak (something previous plumber could not do successfully), fix a serious clog in a drain, and now replace a water heater that started gushing water on Thanksgiving.

Rudy came and replaced/updated our water heater. Rudy was considerate, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions. He did a great job, left the area he worked in looking better than when he came, and stayed a little longer to make sure we got the water to a safe maximum temperature for my family. This company is amazing! I'm in an apartment complex and had the delightful pleasure of having Rudy as the plumber. He took his time assessing what the problem could be, clogging issues vs toilet problems. It was the toilet. This young gentleman went to home Depot and Lowes and couldn't find the toilet we needed in either store. He took the time to go online and find a place that had the right toilet!! He ended up in East Escondido, close to San Marcos, at a supply house. He found the correct toilet and installed it beautifully!! He even cleaned the WHOLE bathroom in case of germs or anything! Rudy was on time, polite, courteous and respectful of our apartment AND belongings. You can't go wrong with this small but hard working group of plumber's! Shout out to Jerry the owner. You have hired an excellent and superb plumber! Will definitely give your business name to anyone who is in need of plumbing that needs someone on time, Respectful and goes WAY out of their way to get fabulous results. And mind you. This was a fix for an apartment complex tenet. It could have gone in a completely different direction than what Rudy did!! 5 stars... can't say enough good things!
