Our water heater started flooding our house last night at midnight. I called Direct Plumbing first thing this morning and spoke with the owner Jerry, and within two hours they had two technicians out. Toby and Mariano were able to immediately diagnose the issue, asses the damage, and come up with a solution. By noon the guys had cleaned up and left and I had a new water heater! The price was extremely reasonable, and the owner even called a few hours later to follow up. I couldn't believe how quick, clean, and efficient they were, not to mention friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. This was especially appreciated because I called a different 24 hour emergency plumber last night, and after I spoke with their answering service, the technicians never even bothered calling or showing up. Good thing we were able to shut the water off, get some sleep, and that we got ahold of Jerry and his guys this morning. I highly recommend, and I will be using them again in the future!

I'm a maintenance Technician at a senior housing and was having trouble with removing a drain from a bathtub. I called and Jerry was very helpful with sending a technician same day. Toby was the Plumber who fixed the problem bathtub drain problem and he was very knowledgeable in way he explained what he was going to have to do. He did a great job good professional manners as well. I will be calling them for any plumbing issue for sure!
