We had Horrible service from the start. After contacting our home warranty company we were sent Plumbers Inc. phone to schedule an appointment. It took a week for them to schedule but we had no other recourse because this is the company we were told was contracted. On the day of the appointment the plumber was supposed to arrive between 12 and 2pm. At 245pm I called the office and they said it was now 4-6pm. At 630pm I called the office and they said he was close by and should be there at 7pm. At 830pm the plumber shows up tired and grumpy. I had 2 issues, 1 my tankless water heaters control board didn't work and 2, my kitchen sinks hot/cold water dispenser at seized up. He looked at the sink first and after 15 minutes said I needed a new one and the warranty company would cover it. Its almost 9pm now as he has to go outside on the side of the house to physically look at the external tankless hot water heater in the dark. Using his phone light he looks at the exterior then asks where the control panel is located. Its in the garage on the interior side of the wall. He goes in and looks at it and can't get it on. He said it's fried. You need a new one. I asked if he had a volt meter to check to see if the main unit was sending power to the control panel. He didn't have one or a flash light. He said it seems the storm we just had 2 days ago must have damaged the hot water heater. I told him I had called this in over a week ago. Its now 930pm and he seems exhausted. I asked if he was going to take the cover off of the tankless system to check exactly what was actually not working but he said he was too tired and he can't work in the dark.

I didn't hear back from Plumbers Inc until I called my warranty company to ask when my equipment would be repaired. They said the tech reported that the kitchen hot/cold can be replaced but the outside hot/water heater was damaged by the storm and that was not covered. I argued with them that the plumber didn't even trouble shoot it. Because I own 9 other rental properties with this warranty company they said they would send another Plumber for Free but if the results came back the same I would have to pay the Co-pay.

I was good with that. The new company came out and removed the cover, read the voltages and noticed an interior wire had been corroded. He simply cut the wire, stripped the coating and attached it. The Control Panel came on and the unit was fixed!!!!!!

I still had to get the hot/cold dispenser installed. I called Plumbers Inc and told them that their guy screwed up the hot water heater diagnosis. They said they had to send the same guy to install the hot/cold. I wasn't there during the installation but what he installed was BEYOND cheap and not even close to the quality of the existing appliance. He actually installed something that you had to go under the sink and reach your arm to the back and manually switch a lever left or right to have the dispenser run hot or cold. The top part is a large plastic knob with a faucet that looks like it should be in a public schools bathroom. I called Plumbers to complain and the owner said that's the best they can do. I said this is supposed to be the same caliber as to my existing appliance. They said they were sorry and to call the warranty company to complain.

We recently had Plumbers Inc install a tankless hot water heater for us. We were extremely pleased with the job they did. When the technician assigned had car problems, the boss came out himself and installed it. Would recommend then.

DO NOT USE THIS company if you are with AHS Warranty company. They are thieves (see BBB reviews as well) Do not let AHS them send these guys to your home, they will try and rip you off. They will always use the word ""MODIFICATIONS"" even of none are necessary, because AHS does not cover modifications.

Plumbers, Inc. was assigned by AHS to fix my tankless hot water heater. The tech arrived (late) after rescheduling. When he arrived, he looked at my water heater and that they'd recommend replacing the entire hot water heater, which was still under warranty. After a few day AHS said they were waiting for Plumbers Inc to send me ""extra charges"" for my review and approval before any repair could be initiated. When I received the ""extra charges"" the bill was over $700.00 for ""modifications"" when I explained there wasn't any modifications necessary. They sent a supervisor out, he dismissed me and was exceptionally rude and raised his voice and said ""THIS REQUIRES MODIFICATIONS!""

I refused to approve their ridiculously high bill. Asked AHS for the cash out option after I called AHS to explain that the ""extra"" costs Plumber's Inc wanted were crazy high and totally unnecessary, AHS offered to send me a check that covered the cost of what they would have paid to the contractor.

AHS then sent me a check and I hired a licensed, insured, and fantastic five star contractor who quickly got the job done for a couple hundred bucks. ZERO modifications necessary. Saved me hundreds dollars to NOT use these Plumbers, Inc.

Avoid using these guys at ALL COST.

Scam artists. Came out to fix a pressure regulator on my house, said it cost an addition $250 because on non standard piping. Called an honest plumber for a second opinion who fixed on the spot in 15 min.

We had a leak under the sink and we're given two options the cheaper one (sleeve) and the expensive option(the reroute) well we went with the cheaper choice obviously, but Nick was very informative and explained the process step by step. After diagnosing the issue we set and appointment on the quickness (because we had no running water) and when Casey finished he ended up doing the reroute for the price of the cheaper option! I couldn't thank him enough. He was extremely professional and friendly and gave us great advice. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Instead of replacing the piping, there was simply plumbers glue put around the leak and this started the leak again (after paying $1000 for a repaired pipe and all we got was glue). The dry wall team from another company had already repaired the area that was worked on and now that area is completely damaged and the leak is not fixed.

This vendor was assigned by AHS to fix my tankless hot water heater. They were sometimes short on skill and professionalism, but most irritating was their outrageously high price.

They were slow to respond, needed several days to schedule, and arrived much later than they said they would. When they arrived, there were two of them and they both asked for my WiFi password so they could watch YouTube videos of how to diagnose and repair the issue. Eventually they announced that they couldn't fix it, they were leaving, and that they'd recommend replacing the entire hot water heater.

After the guys left, Plumber's Inc stalled for a few more days.

AHS said they were waiting for Plumbers Inc to send me ""extra charges"" for my review and approval before any repair could be initiated. When I called Plumbers Inc to ask for an update, the gal said she had an invoice she would send right away. Days kept going by. Still no invoice. I started calling them daily to remind them we're still waiting and to please just send the invoice, either to me or to AHS. We ended up waiting weeks with a broken water heater. AHS couldn't process the claim without first getting my approval for the fees Plumbers Inc wanted to charge.

When Plumbers Inc finally did send me the invoice, it was incredibly high. I thought they'd mistakenly sent me someone else's bill because there were several obviously unnecessary charges. To replace the hot water heater, they were asking for more than a thousand in fees for miscellaneous and completely unnecessary ""modifications"". The charges they were asking me to cover were IN ADDITION to the cost of labor and materials for the hot water heater itself, which AHS was going to pay for.

I did not approve their ridiculously high bill.

I called AHS to explain that the ""extra"" costs Plumber's Inc wanted were crazy high and totally unnecessary, AHS offered to send me a check that covered the cost of the hot water heater, and I could hire my own contractor. I said 'great, let's do that, anyone would be better than these guys'. AHS then sent me a check and I hired a licensed, insured, and fantastic five star contractor who quickly got the job done for a couple hundred bucks. ZERO modifications necessary. Saved me over a thousand dollars to NOT use these guys.

My advice is avoid using these guys if at all possible.

One star reviews sound inflated. If I can give them 0 stars I would. Talk about unscrupulous business practices.
First: customer service is horrible. If you like listening to repetitive elevator music for 20 minutes on hold to get scheduled service then this is the plumbing company for you.
Second: Allan the plumber shows up and gives my warranty company AHS a B.S. diagnosis. Tells them he needs to replace the supply line valve to the toilet. Which is not leaking at all and considered a modification. Which means I would have to contact all the 16 residents in my condo complex and shut off the water main line to our building. So in essence he is looking for an additional $200 out of my pocket for this modification and cause a huge inconvenience to the association. Mind you the only reason he was called was a drip coming from a toilet bowl screw due to the washer being worn out. The reason I know this is because I fixed it myself by buying a $5 washer set turning off the supply line water and replaced it myself using the YouTube videos in regards to this specific issue.
Best to stay clear of this company at all cost.
