Keith and hiss son arribed at my house for one problem that had apparently resolved sometime during the night. I presented them with another plumbing problem and he said ""No problem"". He and his son fixed in approx 1.5 hrs. Left no mess, they were polite and knew what they were doing. I suggest that if you need a great and reasonable plumber call then.

Don't do it. Call someone else. I've been unlucky enough to work with them through my home warranty insurance twice and it's a disaster. I suspect that they sabotage something else to get another call out. If you have home repair insurance don't let them in your house.

No call and no show. Waited days for the company to show up and to repair my toiled. I was told to wait from 1 - 5 pm for the tech. At 625 pm I gave up.
If you want to have your issue resolved, stay away from this company.
Clearly they are not the solution.
Here I go and contact another company.

This is the worse plumbers i have ever used, and i have used a lot of plumbers. They ordered a simple part for my shower a month ago, charged me and if your lucky enough to get them on the phone they blow u off and say it's on order. I called another plumber and fixed in one day, beware of this company.

My lady and I were recently gifted a home...definitely a blessing! But with that blessing came multiple issues. This review is based on one (2) of those issues.

I get a call at work saying that there was a pipe that burst and was leaking in in my front yard and garage. My lady said that she knew a plumber from the neighborhood and that his estimate was $100 less than another guys. Based on an estimate that much lower than the other guy, I just knew he was not going to be the type of person I have become accustomed to working with. I was wrong!

To my surprise, he beat me to the house and was nearly finished when I got home. He was dressed appropriately, clean, prompt and worked efficiently! He worked so well and so quick that we called him out for a totally separate plumbing issue later that week...like I said multiple issues!

I said all that to say this...the man gets the job done, does it in a quick fashion and is reasonably priced...which says a lot in 2017. If you have any issues, I suggest you call him 1st...you won't be disappointed...I wasn't!!!

Most of the time we aren't prepared for the emergency plumbing issues, but I never worry because Direct Connect is always just a call away. They have always responded in a timely manner, prepared to handle the job impressively and professionally. I've referred several friends and family members and everyone has been thankful. The owner always has the same demeanor. He's professional, efficient, reliable, and trust worthy. Makes it a great experience doing business with him and his crew. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

These guys are great!!! Need a reliable plumber that's affordable and knows what they are doing. Keith did a great job and didn't cut any corners. He was at my door step in 30min knew exactly what the problem was and even did more that what was expected.

Keith of Direct Connect Plumbing is one of the friendliest plumbers I have ever met. He installed a new sink in the kitchen and toilet in the upstairs bathroom. I found out about him from a referral. Now I am referring you. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed!
