Fantastic service! Craig Bishop came (12/19) to do my routine Fall/Winter equipment check (4 units) and discovered one had a cracked heat exchanger and another was highly questionable (both very old units - 23y.o.). He called Mason Davis, who came that afternoon to review and we determined one unit had to be replaced and the other probably should. We discussed options, capabilities, and costs, and timeframes the units could be replaced. We also discussed moving the thermostats to different locations to overcome some issues in uneven temps in parts of the house. I had Christmas company arriving in 4 days, and all bedrooms would be full! Mason was able to obtain the needed equipment and a crew (Merritt, Hunter, & Chad Martin) to install, starting the next day (12/20)! They finished the following day (12/21). Everything worked perfectly. Two weeks later (1/5), Craig came to check everything over and perfect or fine-tune a couple of things. Great quality control follow-up. I think they be considered pricy by some, but given the quality of their personnel, responsiveness, and ability to pay large bills over 60 months (no interest), they are well worth using.

Stupid us 2 50 something year old dykes thought we would get fancy and install one of them new bidet faucet thingys and in our defense it said """"easy install"""" well of course we had to call dipple cause water was squirting everywhere afterwe thought we had it fixed up! Mike and Eric and all the regulars know when the dispatcher tells them our address we are usually trying to mess with something we should not have so tonight Mike came to our rescue! He is apretty cool fella! Thanks Dipple from your loyal customers for several years now!

The technician (Justin Howard) was prompt, courteous and professional. I have found my HVAC and plumbing company for life.

I requested a quote to replace a gas water heater. They had someone in the area, so the wait was very short. Two employees arrive, on time, and look over my setup. They're professional and knowledgeable. No issues so far. The price quote was a shock. For a standard 50 gallon gas water heater (maybe $800 retail tops), misc piping, valves, expansion tank, etc (maybe $400 tops) the quote was around $3400. Other quotes are around $1500 to $2000 for this work.

Toilet was leaking and I found it to be a broken pipe where the shit off valve was. Had to turn the water off to the entire house and I couldn't get off work to do the repair so I had my wife call a plumber. They charged $179 for a simple cement on of a threaded adapter and new shut off valve and reconnect of hose to the toilet. Would not recommend this company at all.

ok i understand its a company and need to make money on jobs they do as i am in a service business myself but ??? soi get on angies list and i am contacted by dipple so first i am told no charge to come look and than i am charged to come out and the guy looks around and tells me that he doesnt see a water leak anywhere and the equipment to try and hear the leak under ground is a thousand dollars and it wont work... we will need to replace the whole pipe from water meter to house he estimated it was about 14 hundred feet and if they hit any other water lines they were responsable ,,, but he couldnt give me a quote he had to check prices and he would e-mail it too me ... so i get the e-mail when i get home from work which i had to take the morning off to meet dipple, so i open the e-mail and the estimate was just under 10,000 dollars .. so i started looking online to price things out and see if this was resonable for the work here is what i came up with , #1 found the pex line 12 hundred feet more than i neededand shipped $599.80 #2 fittings , rings, new regulator, new shut off valve , $250.00 #3 rental for a trenture , i was told this had to be done with an excavator,, not true ... $298.00 so parts for this job was a total of $ 1,147.80 so this left about 8,000 dollars for labor , was told it would take 3 days atleast to finish this job , not true i did this whole job in 8 hours by myself , trenched , dropped the pipe in and hooked it up and covered it up.. so 8 hours of work would be 1000.00 dollars an hour this was a total scam of them trying to get my money , maybe they think im stupid and if i had to call them i didnt know anything about it , i would just pay them to do it .... dont get me wrong its a business and they need to make money but that kind of money was just way over priced and the reason i had them come out was because i didnt want to do it myself not that i couldnt pay or didnt know how ,,

Caution! Dipple made a service call at my home in response to my call that I had no heat. The service tech got my system working by correcting an electrical short that caused a perforated refrigerant line. Contrary to company policy he neglected to inform me of the cost in advance. Had I known that my bill would be $2188.00. I would have told them, no thanks. The bottom line is he spent 3.5 hours working on my system. That works out to a rate of $570 per hour plus refrigerant. When I called the service manager for an explanation he informed me that they charge a flat rate. It doesn't matter if it's 4 hours or 12 the rate is the same. I did manage to get a partial refund but I will not use Dipple again.

I called Dipple to fix our heater. I described the problem in detail and suggested it might be the flame sensor in hopes that they would come with the part to fix it. The guy was apparently a new hire. He shows up two days later and goes up into the attic and the first thing he does is call someone to tell him what to do. Apparently, they couldn't figure it out over the phone so another guy shows up 15 minutes later. Thirty minutes later they come down and proudly announce, """"It's your flame sensor, sir!"""" They told me they would come back in two days with the part. I about fell to the floor when they told me the price to replace the flame sensor, $587. The typical pricing on the internet goes from $80 to $240. I thought well maybe my system was complex. Just my luck. They made be pay one-half upfront. Two days later, the guy came back and installs the flame sensor. He takes 15 minutes to install it. It didn't fix the problem. I guess they thought they had a sucker and said it would cost $361 more to replace the gas valve. I knew where this was going. The cost was up there where it made sense to replace the entire unit. I refused to pay more. We had an agreed-upon price to fix the heater, and they reneged. I talked to a manager. He agreed to have the part removed and to refund what I had paid. He didn't refund the money as promised, so I had to refute the credit card payment. A new valve would not have fixed the problem. I suppose the next move was an up-sale me on a new unit. The problem, you ask? A clogged orifice where the pressure sensor attaches. NO parts were required to fix it. Once located, it took 15 seconds to fix. After studying the situation, I found that it was IMPOSSIBLE for it to be the flame sensor. They had NO justification for replacing the gas valve. Zero. For their lack of expertise, their stupid expensive pricing, and for reneging on the promised credit, I'll never use Dipple again. I got the impression they were trying to punish me for not accepting their yearly maintenance contract. The woman I talked to originally made a reference to that. It is not my first bad experience with Dipple, but it will be my last. Never again!

I chose Dipple based on my daughter's past experience and reasonable pricing. They responded quickly and the work to install 5 ceiling fans and 3 bathroom light fixtures was adequate. But the pricing was outrageous!. They charged $382 each to install ceiling fans. The bill for 4 hours work was over $2000. I am new to this area and feel totally scammed. I do not recommend this company.

I had an appointment scheduled yesterday that I set last week and they never showed up. When I called, they said there was not a record of the apt in their system so I asked them if they could come out today instead and they said yes. I asked to receive a confirmation which they said they would do but I never received it. When I set the appt, I asked about the cost. They told me there would be a $79 disbatch fee. I thought it was steep, but it's not worth calling around to get pricing over $15. I needed the plumbing in the kitchen disconnected so that I can have countertops installed. I asked what the fee is for this. They told me they couldn't give me a quote and the technician would do it on-site which is ridiculous since it is a simple kitchen sink disconnect. I received a call today from the guy telling me it will cost an ADDITIONAL $291 FOR THE DISCONNECT. THAT IS INSANE!!! My mom was there and she said it took the guy 15 minutes. I just received the invoice for $370 to disconnect a kitchen sink. I have used Brothers Plumbing and Batson Plumbing in the past and I recommend them both over this company. (I found my invoice from Batson in 2017 and they charge $99 for the 1st hr and $69/hr + materials after that)
