Dipple did an excellent job, were on time and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Beware of this company for heating and air conditioning repairs. We called Dipple because our air conditioning system in our home was not working. The technician (Brian) came out and was in our home for less than an hour and informed us that our Zone Control board was bad and a new board would be $1,100. We told him we would have to think about such a large expenditure on our older unit....He charged us $204 and left. I began researching Zone Control board prices.....I could not find ANY board over $175....this crook was trying to charge $1,100! Once we found out he was lying about the price we began to wonder if the board was even the problem. Long story short....It was NOT the Zone control board as the Dipple tech (Brian?) had stated. The problem was the thermostat....We had replaced the old thermostat (which I had told Brian) and the new thermostat was not compatible with the Zone Control system. We purchased the proper thermostat for $39.00...installed it in less than 10 minutes....Air conditioning works great. Shame on you Dipple....you came into our home, charged us $204 and lied about what was REALLY wrong with our system and attempted to steal $1,100 from us. I wonder how many innocent people Dipple steals money from on a daily basis? It's companies like you that give other companies a bad reputation in the HVAC industry. I will be sure to spread the word....Avoid Dipple at all cost

My power in Mynold old home started shorting oot, I only had power into rooms. The first electrician a call could not help me due to a physical problem . They suck it didn't show, when I called him he said he found a better paying job for that day. I then called Dipple The technician showed up on time next day, started work the following day and I now have power, a positive experience

Emailed for the cost of an estimate for a hot water issue in the 2nd bathroom. Jessica responded promptly to the three emails that I sent. Ross Kapron came out to look at the problem. Spent about a hour looking at different things that could be causing the problem. Ross did a great job explaining what he found and made the correction. We now have hotter water than before and gave us an estimate for a recirc pump if we wanted to go that route to get hot water quicker, that was one of the issue we asked about. No pressure at all. Would definitely used Dipple again for other issues.

I was having HVAC issues and called up Dipple HVAC. They came and looked at the problem I was having. It was a leaking tube that had rubbed against the side of the cabinet. This caused the Freon to be low. They told me it would cost $1,400.00 to fix and they could fix it in on Saturday. The day was Wednesday. 90 deg days Once the tech was on site, he started bending the tube and let all the Freon out of the system. He soldered the hole and pulled a vacuum and replaced 9 lbs. of freon. Within a week and a half the system stopped working. I called Dipple back to see why. The valve that was connected to that line they solider stopped working. They told me it would cost another $1,500.00 to fix. I said I needed to get a second opinion. I was told by another company that the dryer should have been changed because the line had been opened to the outside moisture and caused the filter to stop up. I called Dipple and asked to speak with a manager. So, this was day 4 without HVAC in 90 deg days. He did not call! So, I called again. He returned my call the second day and left a message to call him. I was tired of not having air / HVAC, so I hired another HVAC company to install a new unit. I do not recommend this company to repair your HVAC system. I felt they didn't even care and they are trying to double dip on cost.

Just beware of the hack tech mason..dude will make a 30 minute job into 3 hours..never returns calls..

I purchased my daughter and son in law a new washer/dryer for their birthdays. They have 3 young children, he works 2 jobs while working to get his bachelors degree and my daughter was recently hospitalized with heart issues. Lowes brought out the washer:dryer but advised that the water supply faucets were leaking and be replaced. She had a coupon for Dipple for $50 off and thought that could help save money. Once the Service guys arrived, she was told the cost for the visit was $79 and the Replacement cost to fix the water supply faucets was over $500.00. She used the last of the money in savings to have them do a 45 minute repair. Shame in Dipple Plumbing. Highway Robbery.

Great service. Professional and on time. Price was great. Eric did a great job. Very happy with this company.

Excellent Service and Price Even when Understaffed My water heater went bad on a Friday. I called Dipple and she was able to dispatch a plumber (Mark - deserves this shout out) the next day. While Mark was installing the new unit, I learned that they had (I think it was) three technicians out - sick, injured and hospitalized. I had not used them before, but they had pulled out all the stops to help me anyway. And Mark did a stellar job, was very friendly, was very honest and fair (I won't explain the details), and the equipment they install is first rate - only things Dipple knows is built well and has a good history of performance.

Josh and Lee did a great job in the heat putting in our new hot water heater. Ran a new gas line and a new electric circuit. Highly recommended for your next job.
