I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. They were late, however, I was called and advised of the situation. The work w as done cleanly and professionally. My bill was under the estimate price. I would highly recommend Mike.

We've hired many plumbers over the years, Diplomat Plumbing was, by far, the absolute best experience we've ever had. We would recommend them without any hesitation. Pleasant, professional, and fairly priced; Mike and Jesus, and Jon spotted the problem, fixed it, and saved us a ton of money.

Me and my husband are very pleased with Diplomat Plumbing the service was fast and amazing. Our communication was with Mike he was very responsive. Mike and the gentleman that also assisted were very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Mike is a humble man. We would definitely reach out if we ever need assistance again and we will definitely be recommending him to family/friends.
"" Thank you Mike and Diplomat Plumbing for your amazing service ""

So not sure why I never reviewed this company, maybe I did and this is a new listing. Either way, had my house re-piped with Diplomat 6ish years ago with PEX. That was a story in and of itself. In summary it was a disaster. Every day I came home and found something wrong during the 4 day project including a leak on work they did.

Fast forward to today, found a bulge in my ceiling due to a leak in the attic from work Diplomat did (PEX is supposed to last a long time). Got a plumber out and found the leak to be at a joint and it started a long time ago as calcium had built up on the outside of the pipe, and the red color from the pipe was washed away. In addition they found none of the pipes in the attic were strapped and what was strapped was not done correctly.

Needless to say I would not recommend this plumber. If you use them, inspect the work and take pictures.

I've dealt with enough plumbers to know the good ones and the bad ones. Honestly after dealing with Mike, Jonathan, Jesus and Diplomat, I'm FLUSHING the numbers for the other plumbers down the toilet! They're prompt, courteous and Mike goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and takes care of any issues that might arise. He's even helping me replace a toilet after I bought a meh one and they recommended a better one. They stayed with us after the job was done and truly went the extra mile...of 3/4"" pvc! Haha thanks Diplomat!!

These guys did a beautiful job on our built-in barbecue gas line. They were prompt, courteous and gave us a fantastic price that beat all of the other quotes that we received from other plumbers Santa Clarita. They answer their customer calls right away too! :)

IN A PINCH AND CONCERNED, DIPLOMAT TO THE RESCUE - I smelled a mildewy odor inside our home near the air intake vent and eventually my wife found that our traditional gas water heater was leaking badly (mold had begun forming). I did some research online and had read that water heaters could cost a pretty penny.
I went over the top and invited not one, two but SIX plumbers over to discuss our options using Home Advisor, word of mouth and the local big box store. 1) Should we go new tech (tankless) or traditional? 2) Inside or outside? 3) What size for a home going from 4 to 2+ residents? 4) Best long term investment?
We had a wildcard in that our track home builder stuffed our large tank BEHIND our furnace which could add additional $$$ if it had to be removed to get the huge original tank out.
After five sales pitches that varied from the fly-by-night-econo-risky to the overpriced big-brand warranty-heavy plumber (whose quote could buy a Honda Civic), Mike was a breath of fresh air.
I was really impressed with the information he provided us. I tend to ask lots of questions and he explained the various options in layman's terms and detailed pros and cons of the opposing approaches. Our concerns were addressed one-by-one and unlike other plumbers who tried to talk us out of an idea or were too distracted by a call during our consult, Diplomat was no-nonsense. He spent an hour with us, looked me in the eye when he shook my hand and addressed me by my name.
We needed time to digest all the quotes, discuss our approach to financing and make an decision but Mike gave us time to make a decision with a promise of same-day service (unlike one high-pressure plumber who wanted a decision before he left).
Tuesday arrived and his team showed when promised and in phases drained the tank, squeezed the traditional tank safely out of its cubby hole then installed the 9.1 Noritz tankless water heater inside the garage mid-wall.
Done faster than promised, with a thorough tutorial on operation, suggested annual maintenance and an offer to stop out for the first flushing which sealed a pleasant experience under bad circumstances. Reading the reviews on H*** A******, although brief for the majority, one stuck out. A glowing review of Diplomat Claude LeBlanc Plumbing caught my eye and we're DEFINITELY glad we called him.
