The first time Frank came to my place was on an emergency basis....at 3AM !! The water main into our condo complex busted and water was flowing everywhere. Well, Frank came through, bigtime, and saved us a lot of potential damage. And he fixed the water system in accordance with fire code with quality brass fittings and copper pipes. He does quality work , and knows what he is doing. FYI.

I called Frank (the owner) when I noticed wet carpet in my basement last night. I had used this company a year ago when I had a problem with my furnace, and still had his business card. Frank came promptly at 9am, as scheduled. He worked for several hours, and solved my problem (again). It's great when you have someone that you know will show up on time, do a good job, and bill you fairly.
