TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! We hired this Company to install a Bubbler system in the front yard in Kenmore. We asked specifically if they were license for this area and they assured us they can work in this Township. Their price was reasonable so we hired them for the job. They showed up and completed the job in a timely manner. They took several pics of the job during the progress which appeared to look like a decent job. They were paid in full upon completion of the work. This is where the nightmare begins! Turns out, they never pulled the permit for the work. The Town's inspector was furious with US i.e yelling at my G.F who hired them because they didn't follow proper procedure with the permit process. As we come to find out, they never pulled the permit because they weren't even licensed! After repeated attempted to get Depalma plumbing to get the permit process they offered several promises to do so however never followed through with it. (The owner(s) give a good speech on how they will take care of the problem but apparently have no real interest in doing so). One lie after another finally turned into not responding to our calls. We had to get our attorney to step in to try and get them to respond but they stopped talking to him as well.
We ended up hiring another plumber to come out and inspect Depalma's work and find out that the entire system has to be ripped out and replaced with the proper materials and installation methods. Depalma apparently did NOT do the work in accordance to building code.
NOW I have to hire my attorney to file a law suit against them (one of 5 already pending from other customers i'm told) to recoup my payment. My attorney determined that Depalma has 5 judgements against them from previous customers. Depalma closed their doors and is now working under a a new DBA.

BE WARNED, do NOT hire these people to do any work for you, You WILL regret it!!!TOTAL SCAMMERS

Our camper had several leaks, we could not find the source and we're working over 12 hours a day almost 8 hours from home. Not only did they fix us right up quickly, they gave us a phenomenal price. Super down to earth friendly people

Had them come out to install a new Hot water tank at my home. They showed up right away and beat every company price that I called about. Very happy with the service. Thanks again!

This company is horrible to deal with and I urge everyone who reads this to buyer beware. Please read all their goggle reviews. They do not have good reviews. I had to schedule 4 appointments for estimates to do some minor plumbing work, because they kept not showing up and not calling me to cancel. I understand a couple miss appointments. People are busy but 4 missed appointments is unacceptable. They do not even care enough to call to cancel. The only reason I can think of why they would purposely stiff me on 4 appointments is that they are on drugs and just do not care. It is the only reasonable answer I can come up with. My time is just as valuable as their time and not calling to cancel these appointments is just totally unacceptable and an example of a company you would want to avoid.

One star only because that is the lowest available rating. This guy goes under several names. I foolishly paid for the whole job up front ($5200) - being verbally assured that the price would not go up. Within 3 days he was up to $9000, claiming additional work was needed. He proceeded to refuse to finish the original work unless I paid the additional money up front. I was left with only part of the work done and rest started and unfinished. (substandard parts for the job, disconnected wash basins, trenches not back filled and a sump drainage system that still had not been touched)

I took him to small claims court. There were 6 other cases that night. One those were against him too. He did not show up. Have not gotten answer from court yet.

Even if it is in my favor I understand I will be spending my retirement trying to get the money. AND will spend my retirement being sure I get the money.

If there was an option of ZERO stars, that would be the choice. This company took a large deposit for a plumbing job from my fixed income mother. When she discovered they would not/could not pull a permit for the work in the town because he was not licensed in that town, she cancelled the work within the 3 day window of which NYS law allows without penalty. They proclaimed to be licensed in Hamburg. Town of Hamburg confirms that is not true. They refuse to return any, if not all of the funds paid, leaving a retired, fixed income, single woman to pay off a loan she took for the work they did not pereform. STAY AWAY!!!!

My son used Paul from Dipalma and after I saw his work I couldn't believe any plumber would do such shit work-no pun intended!
Charged $1400. to install a tub-JUST the tub! Not only did he over charge but the installation wasn't finished and you couldn't use the tub. Screws missing from shower handle, shower head not installed, surround was cut on an angle not straight across -no caulk can fix that-you have to buy a new shower surround. The caulking that was done wasn't done correctly. Not to mention the hole cut for the faucet was cut out almost as big as the faucet it self! Plus the faucet leaked! Had to call someone else because when him and his wife were in the house by them selves ( only non family member in house un-supervised) items were missing!
Who would take stuff from a family just starting out! That's pretty low.
A saw sitting in garage set up to cut trim -missing. Crow bars-missing to mention a few.
His response was he is a millionaire what would he want with our tools! Wow!
I believe he should refund more then half the install fee as well as return what is not theirs!
