I own several rental properties in the Flint area. My property manager contacted me to advise of a sink drain leaking from the ceiling into the kitchen. I contacted Rachel after being advised my regular plumber would not be able to address in a timely manner. Andrew was able to arrive within a few hours and completed the repairs the same day. I really appreciated how he prioritized his schedule to resolve this issue. I would not hesitate to contact Dion's for any future plumbing repairs. 5 stars for a job well done.

Exceptional service from the start, first call with Rachel, to the end of the service call with Jacob. Andrew came the same day I called to give me an estimate and was able to have one of his team come the next day to fix my leaky tub faucet. I am pleased with the material they provided; I had the option to get it myself but wanted to be sure they had what they needed. I requested a brush nickel finish and they listened. It looks great!! Jacob is very punctual as he arrived first thing in the morning, efficient, and cleaned up after his work was complete, but from what I saw he wasn't messy anyway. He worked steadily and as quietly as one can be doing plumbing work. I also asked if they could add shut-off valves to the access so if needed I can turn off the water without having to go to the basement. They did. I stress this because everything that I discussed with Andrew was translated to Jacob and he heard, he listened, and he paid attention. He knew what he was supposed to do and did it well. We will definitely call Dions Complete for any of our future Plumbing/Heating issues. They have risen above some of the major/popular companies I have dealt with. Rachel answered my call and was eager and assured me that Andrew would be out for an estimate that day. I had tried a couple of other companies, note that this is during working hours between 9-5 pm; and my call went directly to voicemail. I could speak to someone when I called, at my convenience. If you want true, old-fashioned customer service this is the place to call. I really can't say enough and could go on, but I think my point has been made. If you need plumbing service, Dions Complete has my vote and who I highly recommend. I will add pictures in another post.

I sent in a request for service and was promptly given an estimate and follow up emails to work out a service date and time. I would use this company in the future. The owner answered the email request by the way!!! Thanks
