Avoid this place like the plague. They charged me 89 bucks to come out and give a simple residential faucet repair estimate. Then the estimate was 4 times the cost of the plumber that eventually did the work. The plumber that came out from Dinosaur was embarrassed to tell me the bid he had been told to give, and suggested the name of another plumber. I'm assuming that this guy doesn't work a Dinosaur anymore

Hands down, without a doubt, best plumber in Tucson. Bobby and his team can do it all. They are efficient, resourceful, and honest. I have had several occasions to use or refer their services. From a huge poly pipe replacement to a simple sink clog (I say simple.. but after my renters left the amount of stuff causing the clog certainly wasn't small) One memorable visit was when they came at off hours, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and actually fixed my problem for much less than I had anticipated. That's a win in my book. Hire them for your next job, big or small, and you won't be disappointed.

We were referred to Dinosaur Plumbing by someone that lives in Red Rock, AZ. I made an appointment with them and the gentleman was professional in doing his job. He showed up on time. Left the area nice and clean. Would recommend their services to others.

I called dinosaur Plumbing on the Friday after Thanksgiving. My bathroom sink had clogged up and was draining very very slowly and I needed them and to come and unclog the bathroom sink. So I called I spoke to the owner Bobby who said that he would send a guy out Saturday because they were booked that day on Friday and could not come out. I said okay and we left it at that. Saturday around lunch time I still hadn't heard from dinosaur Plumbing so I called the number that was listed that I had called the previous day and someone else answered the phone. I told him that I would appreciate a call when he's ready to come my way. And he told me that it was $99 for a Saturday visit and $294 to unclog a sink standard ratings. So I told him no that is too much. So I called the local shops Tim's and Bonnet that I have used to buy parts for plumbing throughout my time here in Tucson. And they gave me the names of two plumbers that they use. I called one of the plumbers he came over in a couple of days and unclog my sink within 15 minutes and the charge was only $90. I will never use dinosaur Plumbing ever again they are a rip-off!

Whether it's for your home or business, this is the company you can trust and Bobby himself is an amazing man. He's thorough, upfront and to the point. Don't let any other company out there try to take your business, call this company first you'll be so glad you did!!!

Had a pressure valve installed on an outside water line, also a new shut off lever. The adjoining irrigation valve was leaking slightly they said they would check it. After a they left it was leaking worse than originally, they said it would be an additional $225 to fix bringing the total cost to $645 a ridiculous price. I replaced the seal myself.

They snaked the line to the tub, as all the previous plumbers had done, and the problem came back, as it always does. They did suggest using a camera to find the problem. The cost of a camera went from ""starting at $800"" to $250 in a short period of time, but I cannot convince them to put it in writing before they do the job. They also didn't know where the cleanout was, even though it sticks several inches out of the ground.
