Yet again, Dino to the rescue. New tankless hot water heater install after finding out 2.5 yr old Rheem was worthless. And Rheem repair service was awful. Dino responded on Saturday & Sunday, while we were out of town and the family was back home w/no hot water. He got a new unit ordered and in by the next day. He'll be installing our dishwasher this week. Very honest and reliable.

Called back on 1/9/24 and left a message on their voice mail with my name, phone #, and the issue, which as about a $2k job, not just a leaky faucet. I have a record of the call in my phone's call log. Today is 1/19/24. Zero call back. I called 3 other Spring Hill plumbers and all had a human answer the phone and was able to schedule an in-person estimate within 2-3 days of my call. If you're really that busy then you have enough money to hire someone to answer your phones and be a professional company. I can't comment on the quality of their service since they blew me off, but they clearly have no respect for your time or potential business. Update: Today is 1/30/24. STILL NO CALL BACK. They should be ashamed.

Dino helped me out when I was in a bind with a leaking hose coupling. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue in seconds, and addressed it very quickly. Really good guy, pricing was reasonable.

As a snowbird, our leaky toilet came to light just as we were about to go back north. We were able to schedule an appointment easily. Simon did a fantastic job for us - personable, efficiently assessed the situation and fixed it quickly with parts on his van, and cleaned up well. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use again, and can highly recommend!

Renting a big house in Spring Hill Florida. Had a problem with the water heater that the management company could not seem to fix for two months. In desperation, I started calling plumbers; Dino was the first to respond. He showed up about an hour later, and took care of the problem. He had all the parts on his van. Very courteous, very professional and a great value. The management company, by the way, would not pay me back for what I had to spend to fix their problem. Main Street Management.

I contacted Dino's plumbing because of the good reviews that I saw online and I can attest that those reviews are valid. I met Dino himself and he and his team did not disappoint. They provided the services requested and did so doing a quality job. Not only did they address my issue at home but they even took the time to take a few phone calls from me without complaint. I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again in the future for any plumbing needs that may arise.

So far so good! I used Yelp to find a plumber, as my mother's toilet was running. It was late, so I texted instead of calling or waiting until morning. Dino responded right away and made an appointment. He texted when he was on his way. We had a dilemma on whether just to get a new toilet, because my mom wanted one. He said that we really didn't need one, but gave me a recommendation. Since we only have one bathroom, Dino fixed the toilet. We went to the store to purchase a new one for him to pick up. The type he recommended was reasonably priced and suits her needs. He fit us in his schedule tomorrow to install the new toilet. Dino is personable, professional, honest, and funny. The employees at the store knew him and had really good things to say about him. My sister had stopped by and grabbed a card from him, as she needed a good plumber, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will absolutely call Dino again. Support local businesses!

Dino's was highly recommended by our friends. The owner came to our home and took care of the refrigerator line water leak in our attic. We were told that he would """"provide us an estimate for the full job in just a few days."""" My husband left one phone message checking on the status. It's three weeks later, and no phone call or estimate has been provided. Obviously, this business does not need the work. We will never recommend Dino's to anyone. We are amazed that this business stays recommended and working.
