We had a burst pipe outside by our pool pump at 7pm last evening. Called Dino's and they called back within 10 min and explained how to shut off the main water valve to the house and promised to come out first thing in the morning. True to their word they came and found a solution to a difficult pipe problem ( pipe had burst under concrete slab). Dino was not only pleasant but knowledgeable and reasonable. Being new to Spring Hill we will definitely use their service again

Called and they came to my house and installed two new cartridges in bathrooms, I finally have hot water in my master bathroom. I would recommend them to anyone,prices are reasonable too.

Called back on 1/9/24 and left a message on their voice mail with my name, phone #, and the issue, which as about a $2k job, not just a leaky faucet. I have a record of the call in my phone's call log. Today is 1/19/24. Zero call back. I called 3 other Spring Hill plumbers and all had a human answer the phone and was able to schedule an in-person estimate within 2-3 days of my call. If you're really that busy then you have enough money to hire someone to answer your phones and be a professional company. I can't comment on the quality of their service since they blew me off, but they clearly have no respect for your time or potential business. Update: Today is 1/30/24. STILL NO CALL BACK. They should be ashamed.

Texted Dino with problem and he called back within 15 minutes. Arrived at the house when he said he would. Fixed a problem left behind by another plumber and was gracious about it. Very reasonably, Friendly, reasonable, knowledgeable, and punctual; what more could you want. I have a plumber!

Today was the second time that I used Dino's plumbing and when I called him he was out to my house within the hour. I had a leak under my sink and was not able to use my sink and having four kids at home I needed it fixed ASAP. Dino had everything that he needed in his truck and was able to fix it within 10 minutes. He is very friendly and I am very grateful that he was able to help me again. I will definitely be using him for any plumbing needs in the future.

Yet again, Dino to the rescue. New tankless hot water heater install after finding out 2.5 yr old Rheem was worthless. And Rheem repair service was awful. Dino responded on Saturday & Sunday, while we were out of town and the family was back home w/no hot water. He got a new unit ordered and in by the next day. He'll be installing our dishwasher this week. Very honest and reliable.

Dino came out to check my drain problem even though he said he's not a drain cleaning guy. He checked what he could and determined he couldn't help, then set me up wiith someone who could do the job. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and wouldn't charge me. I will be sure to call Diego's for any plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend him for your needs.
