is there any such way to give a negative star. 5 days I've been calling and waiting to no avail. the worst plumbing company ever. never call on this sorry excuse of a company to treat you like a human much less a cust in need.

It has taken a while to post this, but after dealing with other plumbers that were called in an emergency it reminded me once again of Dino's clean professional work to replace our washing machine shut-off valves, install a water softener, and replace two toilets. Dino showed up exactly when he said he would, he conscientiously cut nice straight lines in the drywall to repair the shut-off valves so the drywall could easily be restored, and the quality of his work was exceptional. He even installed a water hammer arrestor that I wasn't expecting. Costs were very reasonable and there were no surprises. I like that he operates a traditional local independent plumbing business and is not part of a big chain. I can't say enough about how pleased we are to have found a good plumber in Las Vegas.

Called Dino's plumbing to replace my busted Water Heater and WOW, so impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Wouldn't let me lift a finger to help move things out of the way so was able to keep working as they did their thing. Found my plumber for life and love that they're a family owned and operated small business. Thanks Dino and Michelle for a great experience!

I Saw a drip from the WATER HEATER in the garage on Tuesday and went oh my gosh, oh boy and by Thursday it was a little more than a drip. My plummer, Dino, is the winner. He came on Monday morning 8am as promised. His wife does assist him. He removed my old heater, wasn't just a valve, and then put in a new water heater, hooked up, all of what is needed and in 58 minutes or 8:58am he was done. the turnaround time was unreal and people couldn't get over it. I have been told of full days, 5 hours, who knows what, not my Dino. I was quite upset not to have hot water, which is a clue, so knew by Friday it was serious. Now I have hot water, ran the dishwasher, took a shower, clothes are going into the washer, etc. Wow!!! When I saw the big picture and was quite upset, Dino came to the rescue and did a wonderful job of replacing the old water heater. Thank you Dino!!!! Since i live in Las Vegas he has been my plummer.

Dino & his wife are TOTALLY AMAZING!!! I have used this company several times .. I saw the GREAT reviews on Nextdoor App and Decided to give them a call ... BEST decision ever!! I would Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs . They are respectful of your property and also your time .... Arrived on time . I can't say enough goods things about DINO'S PLUMBING. I will ALWAYS use this company !!!

Excellent customer service! I had a water softener delivered and called them to install it. The Water Softener was actually broken when we opened the box. They, without hesitation, took the water softener back for me and replaced it! It is hard to find good service, but I definitely found it in Dino's Plumbing! 10/10 would use again!

Dino's did work for us in June and we were satisfied.

Had a semi-urgent issue at another location. They were booked for a few days, then on vacation for a week. Given prior work and wanting to support small business, we chose to wait.

They went to the site and said they would send an estimate. After several days of back-and-forth, they emailed, ""Per Dino, he would like to pass on this job.""

Upon further inquiry we were told it was because they thought I had said on the phone, ""this job should only cost $100.""

Um, what? NO! I was not expecting a replacement sink, new supply lines, and more to cost a hundred bucks. (This is not my first time hiring a plumber and I am not an idiot.)

It seems petty that a miscommunication would cause Dino's to leave us high and dry after waiting over two weeks for help. If they'd have sent the estimate as promised, we certainly would have approved it (just like the last one for $1300.)

Good communication will be high on the list for our next plumber.
