My earlier review must be amended. A misunderstanding resulted in a weaker review than is warranted. When all is finished I believe that the company will have acted in good faith and that the expenditure of funds will end up resulting in the best result possible under the circumstances.

Water heater was on the fritz, gave me an estimate to fix and replace, I decided to go with a tankless which they did the next day. Works great, very happy with their service and expeditious response.

Response was very fast and service was same day and went smoothly. We needed a new hot water heater and a new salt water system. A previous plumber had done some shotty work and Dan fixed everything same day with great service, timely and quality. I will be using them again and absolutely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic!

Put the request into Yelp. They contacted me the next day and were at my house about an hour later.

The rep showed up, looked at the unit, decided he needed a replacement part.

Left to get it, arrived an hour later, installed it, and had an invoice ready.

I paid him in my driveway with my credit card. The total was less than most of these jokers estimate just for showing up.

David was more than pleasant to work with, he seemed knowledgeable and hesitant to recommend the more expensive fixes so he gave us some options to try before escalating. He replaced our hose bib in 5 minutes flat and discovered a loose gas connection on our newly installed dryer that he tightened up free of charge. Will do business with Dino plumbing again, but really hoping we don't have the need to very professional and reasonable pricing. Thank you!

I've needed the services of Dino Plumbing twice in the last month for a water heater that agreed to hold water but refused to heat it. The issue was identified initially as a tripped breaker inside the WH. But it continued to occur. The heating elements and thermostat were replaced. All is working well. Dan, Irving and Mike all provided excellent service and availability when the plumbing service I had used prior could not even schedule me for days. I am happy with the diagnosis, repair and service. Dan and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and confident. This team treated an initial call with a thorough systematic assessment of the problems at hand. Further leading to strong and clear solutions allowing the property owner to choose a ""good, better, best"" solution for their problem. Dan's style of problem solving allows the customer to pick and choose (within reason) what is best for the budget/ investment.
