Mike saved me from having to buy a new toilet! Another company had said the physical object in the toilet was irretrievable, and that we'd need to replace it. I called Mike, and before he would even give me a quote on toilet replacement, he said he'd try and come over and get the object out. He came the same day and got it out in, and this is not an exaggeration, 20 seconds. Also, we talked about Schrodinger's cat and he told me a good plumber. Mike is a grade A plumber who also tells jokes and quotes philosophy. There's literally nothing more I could ask for.

Mike is a straight shooter! He treats you like he'd treat a friend - doesn't do work he doesn't need to do or that is out of his scope. He was good about communicating and was friendly in person when he was doing the work. Michael came to replace our floor furnace's unregulated pilot with a regulated pilot which PG&E's recommended we do. He was courteous over the phone and was able to schedule a consultation quickly. After he inspected the furnace, he took the time to walk me through all the work that needed to be done and even drew me a diagram of how my floor furnace is setup.

Michael was able to schedule the work to be done soon after the consultation. His priority was to make our floor furnace safe. He tested to make sure everything was working before he left.

Michael was able to get the work done at a competitive price. He let me know upfront that there was an inspection cost but that it would count toward the final amount. Overall, I would recommend Dimond to get the job done safely and quickly.

What a great experience! Mike returned my request for a quote within a few hours. Unlike other vendors who needed to send someone out for an estimate (for a fee), Mike gave me a price range for replacing my leaky sink pipes with new, metal ones over email. This gave me confidence that the range would be something manageable and I wasn't getting over-quoted.
