Mike came highly recommended from a friend whose recommendations I take as gospel. I knew that his work would be superb, and somehow he far exceeded my expectations.

He called and setup an appointment, was astoundingly punctual and listened diligently to my 3 plumbing problems. I went back to work and in about 30 minutes Mike walked me one by one through each of the issues, explaining and educating in laymen's terms what happened and how I could maintain my plumbing more efficiently/effectively. I love that he took the time to make sure I understood what the problem was and the work he did to correct it.

The THREE plumbing issues were shockingly affordable (especially considering that the former plumber tried to tell me that I was going to need to replace my entire pipe system).

Mike is honest and effective and takes pride in his craft. I will never call another plumber again.

I originally called Bustos. They came right out and gave me a quote for a new water heater. When I called a few days later to get the job done I found out they were on vacation for several weeks. I called Dimond and sure am glad I did. Michael came right out and told me there was a loose fitting, which he tightened. I couldn't be more pleased with his service. I know who I'll call when I need a new water heater.

Michael stands by his work! He came out a few times for a kitchen sink leak and to install an earthquake gas shutoff valve. His prices are reasonable, and he came back for free to double-check our sink. He's great!

Have been dealing with slow running pipes in upstairs shower and tub ever since the 90s. Consider myself somewhat handy, so devised my own methods to deal with it and the old piping over the years, putting off that the piping probably needs to be changed out. Well last week, my ""maintenance"" remedies no longer worked, and my shower in one room and tub in the other room, would not drain at all. So, after messing with it for years, I decided to call in the pros. I wanted to keep my money in the local economy, so called Dimond Plumbing and Heating. Got a call back from Michael, who explained he was booked for now, but with the info I left him on the phone, he began to chat with me and ask questions about my situation. He ended up giving me his years of experience on my issue, as well tips from being familiar with the houses in the area. After about a 20 minute phone call, he left me with what his best recommendation was to fix my problem! I was blown away! He could not take the job, but basically did, as he told me what he thought needed to be done! What extraordinary customer service! Now here is the kicker: 2 days later, he called me back and left a voicemail asking if I had done what we discussed, and if it worked! Wow! You just don't see that type of service anymore. Since his recommendation DID work, I am sorry that the only ""payment"" he gets from helping me is this rating, but believe me.......if I have any future plumbing or heating issues that I can't tackle, you know who I will be calling! Thanks Michael! You are a class act!

I've had Mike over twice, the first time to install a sink disposal unit and later for a badly clogged kitchen drain. He is very responsive and reasonably priced. The man knows his stuff and is generous with his explanations which I appreciate. Nobody likes having plumbing work done but it's nice to learn a little when you're paying for work.
Oh, and I even got a thank you note in the mail! That's class.

Mike came one day to give a quote. He was very honest and even laid out some options for us. We ended up going with Mike to fix our flange. Our experience with Mike at Dimond Plumbing was excellent. He was straight forward in his appraisal on fixing the reduced flow of hot water to our kitchen sink. His first recommendation was at a lower cost and was based on his experience on how this problem could be approached.

My experience has typically had contractors/repair personnel take the more aggressive/expensive approach. In this case Mike was fair in his recommendation and provided a fix that works.
