These guys are just terrific. They came out to my house several times last year because we were having a stubborn sewer problem. Prompt, efficient, hardworking and pleasant every time. They even cut us a deal since the problem was recurring (not their fault). Six months later, one of the pipes they replaced under our sink started leaking. They came out the next day after we called and replaced it for free. Great service, great attitude, great guys!

I highly recommend this plumbing company to all my neighbors. Mike came out on a Friday late afternoon before a long weekend when my daughter put a LOT of toilet paper down the toilet. He quickly fixed the problem, charged a reasonable price and was on his way. I was so grateful that he was able to come out so we weren't stuck with a plugged up toilet for a whole weekend. On top of excellent service, he sent a thank you note! I should have sent him one!

Out next experience with him and his crew was equally as easy and satisfying.

i'm a few months late in writing this, but i wanted to comment on mike and dimond plumbing. there was a miscommunication with one of his associates, so mike took it upon himself to not only contact me personally, but also went out to do the job himself.
my wife handled the whole thing (toilet was off balance and leaking/faucet had some problems) she said he was extremely courteous and professional. explained things in plain English, and was quick and knowledgeable.
there a few services you want to know and have trust in. a good mechanic is one, a good plumber is another.
wherever i move to next, diamond will be my go to for my plumbing and heating needs.

My neighbor recommended Mike to me. When the water flow in the sink and tub of my master bathroom started slowing to a trickle for no reason, I called Dimond Plumbing for help. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful over the phone - spent time listening to me describe the problem and provided hypotheses for potential cause. He sent a plumber to the house. The plumber was able to free the flow by cleaning out the faucets within minutes. Moreover, Mike decided not to charge me for the visit since it was such a simple act that he ""did not feel right to charge me"". Good plumbing services are hard to come by. I am glad I found one I can trust for all my future plumbing needs.

Long overdue, but Mike at Dimond plumbing rocks. The water pressure in my house was too high and the water heater busted :( My house was under warranty, so my insurance paid for the water heater replacement. I was told I needed to install a water regulator to prevent this from happening again...of course, not covered by the insurance. The plumber the insurance sent offered to install one for $400. Seemed steep, so I checked yelp and got a few quotes. Mike at Dimond quoted me over the phone, it was the best price and he sent someone out the same day. I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. Everything went great. Got home from work that night and everything was all taken care off. Easy peesy :)

***Now, almost a year later, the water pressure seems to have dropped. I called Mike to ask how to increase the pressure. He offered to swing by and do it for me! This guy is awesome. He's officially my plumber.

Don't hesitate calling this guy. Good prices, super reliable, great service, and good reviews, what more could you ask for??

MIke and co. are pros, and they're just wonderful guys. They take the time to explain what the problem is - and there's always a problem in our 80 year old house - and then they FIX IT, right away, with no excuses or delays. Oh, and it stays fixed.

I had an exceptional experience with Dimond Plumbing. The positive interaction began on the telephone. Mr. Patrick listened carefully to the work I needed performed. He thanked me for my call and said he wanted to earn my trust. Many contractors behave as if they are doing me a favor when I contact them. His attitude was refreshing. I was impressed by his professionalism.

I also wanted to commend Dimond's lumber for his work ethic, knowledge, and humor. He was punctual. He took time to explain the problems and solutions encountered on this job. One task I needed performed was a gas line test. This grew into a major problem as a former contractor had cut halfway through the diameter of the gas line. It was a very dangerous situation. Dimond was very accommodating in scheduling our one day project as it grew to three. I appreciated this very much.

Dimond has indeed earned my trust. I recommend Dimond Plumbing to everybody I know.

Mike is wonderful! He's honest, has fair prices, and is a great guy!!!

We called several plumbers when our water heater broke and Mike gave us the fairest price, explained why he was using the brand that he used, and why the heater he chose was the right one for us. My husband and I both liked him and felt that he was the best choice by far. We will never use anyone else!

Another Day, another clogged sink. This time is was the kitchen sink. I was washing dishes and running the garbage disposal when it literally sounded like an explosion inside the cabinets under the sink. Something wasn't ground up enough by the disposal and it clogged very old, plastic pipes that popped out at two seams and flooded under my sink and kitchen floor with water and spaghetti noodles. I cleaned up the mess and went to bed. The next morning I called Dimond Plumbing, Mike said he'd have someone there between 1 and 3, I wish I could remember the man's name (sorry), but he showed up at 1:10, pulled the pipes apart, they were cheap plastic and looked like a labyrinth, he jokingly asked if I had put this jumble together and I had to explain that the person that used to do the repairs, even if he didn't know what the heck he was doing!, was responsible for that mess. When I took over as property manager, I told the owner, I'll fix what I can, but if it needs an expert, I'm calling an expert, and that's Dimond Plumbing & Heating. Shiny new brass pipes, clean lines from the sink to the wall, he cleaned up all the mess under the sink in less than 30 minutes. It looks great, drains great, and it was a lot less money than I had expected.
