We needed earthquake safety valve installed for our gas line. Mike gave a reasonable quote and he was on time to install it. He also fixed the height of the gas line and pointed out a few issues with existing stuff in the gas line. It was great to get his feedback. Overall 5 star experience.

It's the second time I needed a plumber for my rental, and I called Mike as he was great the last time I used him. This was also a great experience. He was busy as he just came back from a vacation, but he offered to talk directly with my tenants to schedule a time. The shower was not shutting off completely so I think I needed a new valve. He took care of the issue quickly and the cost was reasonable. My tenants called me again asking about water pressure, so I emailed Mike. He responded immediately and offered to work with my tenants to get everything squared away. Great service all around, I highly recommend this guy!

Michael came over to fix my clogged bathroom sink. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a pretty bad clog and he explained everything he was doing. Mike came highly recommended from a friend whose recommendations I take as gospel. I knew that his work would be superb, and somehow he far exceeded my expectations.

He called and setup an appointment, was astoundingly punctual and listened diligently to my 3 plumbing problems. I went back to work and in about 30 minutes Mike walked me one by one through each of the issues, explaining and educating in laymen's terms what happened and how I could maintain my plumbing more efficiently/effectively. I love that he took the time to make sure I understood what the problem was and the work he did to correct it.

The THREE plumbing issues were shockingly affordable (especially considering that the former plumber tried to tell me that I was going to need to replace my entire pipe system).

Mike is honest and effective and takes pride in his craft. I will never call another plumber again.

I originally called Bustos. They came right out and gave me a quote for a new water heater. When I called a few days later to get the job done I found out they were on vacation for several weeks. I called Dimond and sure am glad I did. Michael came right out and told me there was a loose fitting, which he tightened. I couldn't be more pleased with his service. I know who I'll call when I need a new water heater.
