This is the only plumbing service I plan on using. They are Great! This is the second time they have come to my house for my plumbing needs. I called after having a sewer backup due to toddlers and baby wipes. They came within an hour and did an amazing job. They cleared out my drain and made sure it was working properly. They are dependable, kind and affordable. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. You won't regret reaching out to them.

I was recommended to Dimmicks Sewer Cleaners after an awful experience with another plumbing company near me. Andy and Dave were excellent and solved my problem for only $295 after the previous company tried to rip me off with estimates of up to $4000 and change along with a service charge of $450. I will recommend everyone to Dimmicks, while simultaneously recommending everyone to stay away from Mueller Plumbing.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Came out and after cleaning out bathroom sink, discovered a leak in pipe in basement. Left bathroom sink pipes unhooked, said they would be back in 2 days to finish job. Never came back or called, after I left 5 voice mails. Also they NEVER answer their phone. Always have to leave message. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Andy and Dave are AWESOME my daughter had been have problems with her sewer line backing up, we'd already had another plumber come out and it started backing up again a few hours after he left. He kepts saying he would come back out but phone calls and texts started not to be answered so we gave up. I searched on Google and Dimick came up near us and they had great reviews so I called at 10:00 on Friday night. They called me back about 9:30 the next morning and were at her house a little after 11. They did a great job. Got the line open and even cleaned out the basement drain. Andy ran the water from the hot water heater through it to make sure all wasnworking as it should. Everything is finally working great. Said if we have any problems at all to just call and they're come out. Granddaughter got a new puppy and they were busy petting on him after they finished. Really nice guys. Would definitely recommend them.

I had Mr. Rooter, located in Joliet, come out to my house they charged me $290 to Rod out my line. Then told me it would cost $7,150 to excavate my front lawn and clear out 16 ft of line and replace it. I took a 2nd opinion and had Dimick Sewer Service come out . THANK GOD I DID!! They rotted out my line and scope it. From what mr. Rooter told me would be an impossible job Dimick Sewer Service came and did the job for $350!!!! They showed me a crystal clear scope of a line that was totally clear of debris. This company is outstanding, trustworthy, humble and has compassion for their customers.
