I called yesterday on New Years Eve. The customer service all the way around. From the moment I talked to Angie, too when I spoke and met with Bruce, unfortunately the guy on call that day. She was great and he was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He not only unplugged my pipes, but took the time on New Year's Eve to teach me a couple of things, about how this could happen. They made wake me up on New Year's Day, a much more pleasurable experience. Thank you Angie... Thank you Bruce! I am in customer service and work with the public every day. I don't recommend companies or people on a whim. Ask my customers ( cosmetologist), however, I would give this company a 5... With the experience I had with them. Thank you guys!

We used Vermont Septic Services, a division of Dimmick, to rent portable bathrooms for a large outdoor event this past weekend. We could not have been more pleased! Darlene was super responsive to all my questions early on in the process, and the follow through by the team was terrific. The units were spotless, perfectly situated, high end, and reasonably priced. Delivery and pick up exactly in the time frames specified. This is a great group, running a great business. Highly recommend!

We used this company to empty our septic tank years ago. We were having horrible smell in our house recently and called Dimmick. The gentleman was great and talked us through the problem which was an easy fix! He never charged us but we will come back to use them b/c they were so honest which is sometimes hard to find!!! Highly recommend!
