1980 marked the establishment of Dimech Services Inc..

In 1981 Jim moved Dimech from an office trailer to a new building on Angola Road in Toledo.

In 1983 Dimech began concentrating on larger-scale projects, partnering with educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and significant office buildings.

The year 1986 relocated Dimech from Angola Road to its current site at 5505 Enterprise Blvd. in Toledo.

1990 The company added a HVAC Service Department.

1993 The company added an area for fabrication and expanded their shop.

1997 Dimech underwent renovations, increasing office space and creating a workstation for blueprints.

In 2008 Dimech was awarded the prestigious STAR qualification from the Mechanical Contractors of America, labeling them as an elite contracting company.

The year 2012 James E. Sheahan, the founder, passed away, and his son Ron Sheahan succeeded him as the leader of Dimech.

In 2020 We reflect on how Jim's expertise, vision, and determination laid the foundation for this company.
