The year 1980 saw the founding of Dimech Services, Inc..

In 1981 Jim moved Dimech from an office trailer to a new building on Angola Road in Toledo.

The year 1983 shifted its focus to larger projects, collaborating with schools, hospitals, and major office buildings on diverse initiatives.

In 1986 Jim moved Dimech from Angola Road to the location it remains at today, 5505 Enterprise Blvd. in Toledo.

The year 1990 The company added a HVAC Service Department.

The year 1993 Dimech included a fabrication area and enlarged its workshop.

1997 Dimech underwent renovations, increasing office space and creating a workstation for blueprints.

The year 2008 Dimech was awarded the prestigious STAR qualification from the Mechanical Contractors of America, labeling them as an elite contracting company.

The year 2012 Founder James E. Sheahan passed away. His son, Ron Sheahan, took his place at the helm of Dimech.
