In 1980 marked the establishment of Dimech Services, Inc..

1981 relocated Dimech from a trailer office to a new facility on Angola Road in Toledo.

1983 Dimech focused on larger projects, working with schools, hospitals, and large office buildings on a variety of projects.

1986 Jim moved Dimech from Angola Road to the location it remains at today, 5505 Enterprise Blvd. in Toledo.

1990 Dimech expanded by adding an HVAC service department.

In 1993 Dimech included a fabrication area and enlarged its workshop.

In 1997 Dimech underwent renovations, increasing office space and creating a workstation for blueprints.

In 2008 received the esteemed STAR qualification from the Mechanical Contractors of America, recognizing it as a top-tier contracting firm.

The year 2012 The founder, James E. Sheahan, passed on, and his son Ron Sheahan assumed leadership of Dimech.

2020 Today we remember that it was Jim's experience, philosophy and personal drive that made this company possible.
