Oddly enough, the issue resolved itself after a long day of giving me such a damn headache. Regardless, I still received a very thorough service to make sure nothing was wrong. I had a slow leak coming from the bottom of my toilet. After doing a little research, I went to replace the wax ring. After I pull the toilet off, I begin to clean up the old wax ring from the flange. This is where I run into a problem, I noticed the flange isn't sitting flush to the floor. I figure I have to replace the flange as well; except I couldn't get it removed. It seems it was glued down instead of being fastened by screws. It was at this point I decided to call in the pros.

It was Sunday afternoon on 7/2/23, initially put in a request from quote for another plumbing company but allowed Yelp to contact other companies as well. Being a holiday weekend, most companies that responded said they could get someone out Wednesday 7/5/23, after the holiday. Dima contacted me that night asking me to send a few pics to make sure he understood all the parts he would need for the job. He then sent me a few options for scheduling, including the next day (7/3/23) at noon. He gave me a quote for a flat rate of the job which I felt was a reasonable price. Dima said he'd text me 30 mins prior to arriving, and the next day, that's exactly what he did. I was working, so my wife was going to be home during the repair. I relayed the info to my wife and the repair took about 2 hours. Dima kept both my wife informed and sent me an update after the job was finished. He guaranteed the repair for 1 year, which was more than the 90 days I was expecting from others.

Dima replaced two toilets for me. The first toilet was a nightmare. When checking for leaks after installation, one of the brand new Kohler toilets had a leak right below the flush valve. He inspected the toilet and found a hairline fracture within the tank hidden under the gasket. After repairing with putty, he inspected the flush valve gasket before putting it back on. He found the gasket was deformed and uneven. Then after replacing all that. He found the flush valve was broken bc water would not stop running regardless of the adjustable settings. This was the toilet from hell. But to my surprise, Dima was prepared and had all these spare parts in his car. After 3 attempts, the new toilet was repaired. I thought for sure I had to return the toilet. But Dima saved the day!

Dima has excellent customer service. He wore booties and mask to keep the place clean and to make me feel safe. His attention to his work is unrivaled. He balanced the toilets on my uneven tile and he even adjusted the toilet seats a few times until he felt it was perfect. His knowledge for installing toilets is top notch. I had purchased Sani Seal gasket to avoid using wax. But he strongly advised against it due to leaks long term. I was surprised. So I researched it on the spot and found many customers had failures years down the line. He was right! He then installed two extra wax rings with flanges. When my new water supply line was too short, he also had a longer one from his car.

I just can't express my gratitude to have Dima as my plumber. You need to hire him. You are probably wondering how much extra he charged me for the additional troubleshooting and parts. He included it all free of charge but I made sure to make up for it with tips. This was the best deal ever. Some might also be wondering if I was overcharged to begin with. But his pricing was in line with multiple quotes I got.

This is s new review for Dima, not an update.

Dima arrived on time Sunday afternoon and installed a new kitchen and a bathroom faucet for us. He installed them perfectly. While working on the bathroom faucet, he discovered and replaced a corroded and broken nut connecting the discharge pipe to the wall drain, see pictures. Fortunately, he had the necessary parts in his vehicle. I was impressed how he thoroughly cleaned the area of each sink before installing the new faucets. After testing for leaks, he left the work areas clean. I appreciate that he wears shoe coverings and was respectful of our house. His rate was reasonable.

This is the second time I have called on Dima for help and am glad he was available. Highly recommend him.

After trying to unclog my drain unsuccessfully I called a local plumber to unclog my drain but he could not even get as far as I did myself. I called Dima's Plumbing Service as he came highly recommended. Dima came and had my drain unclogged in minutes. Very professional and on time. If I have any more drain or sewer problems I'm definitely calling Dima's Plumbing Services.

I don't own my home, and I've rented apartments before, so I had no idea what to expect when I looked around for a plumber, I had a clog on the main pipe and I needed it fixed ASAP. The very night I got recommended to call Dima at Dima's Plumbing Service, it was late so I decided to text instead of calling (cell phone) since I didn't want to be rude, but I got a reply within minutes, wow! I got a next day appointment at 10-12pm, 2nd Wow! Next day I got an early text saying I'm on the schedule (confirmation), 3rd wow! Dima texted me again that he was running late due to unforeseen circumstances, which is understandable since you can always run into unexpected problems, and my mom was going to be there all day so no biggie, I appreciate the updates which is a +. Dima arrives around 1 and starts his job, sends me a text that he is done about an hour later and tells me exactly what the problem is and how it was fixed, even takes pictures! After he sets my toilet seat back (old house) and seals the toilet bottom, he leaves it better than how it was previous to repair, 4th wow! Paid him electronically, sends me an email receipt with pictures at the end of the day. Like I said, I don't know much about plumbing service but my experience with Dima was smooth, I do HVAC-R service so I can appreciate good customer service and a great job, which is what I tend to do as well with my customers. I highly recommend Dima to whoever needs any plumbing service, I don't regret one bit from my experience with him.
