Sarah B.Dillon plumbing came to the rescue when we had a total sewer failure, and they kept me apprised of everything they were doing, showing me the images on the sewer scope and talking through the options of replacing the sewer line and resetting some of the drain pipes. Because it was urgent, they prioritized our project and got the job done fast. Manny and Dustin did a great job and were easy to work with (Manny is hilarious, he always kept things light), Brandon was really helpful getting the breakdown of the charges we needed to submit to insurance, and Teresa has responded quickly each time I had questions. Definitely recommend them!!
Alli B.Had a sewer line break on a Friday afternoon. All services in the house were unusable. Not only did they let us make a same day appointment, but Dallan was quick to get temporary service to the home to at least get through the weekend. The job ended up being much bigger than originally planned, but Dallan kept in contact and explained everything the whole way through. Despite the job spanning the length of the property, they did an amazing job containing the damage to the yard. I would highly recommend and will use them again for any future jobs.
