Vitaliy has been amazing for every visit he had come out for. One time to fix a toilet that was leaking. Second time for a supposed leak in water pipes at street that he found were no longer leaking and finally to install a much needed thermoregulatory system not installed by water heater company despite required by code! Very thorough and making sure customer understands the problem and needed fix. Won't be going to any other plumber and would highly recommend him to others!

Amazing customer service! I had a leaking spout after installing a washer and thought it may be leaking in my walls. We had an aging gas hot water heater that was threating extinction at any moment. Before disaster was upon us, I called Diligent Plumbing to come out, take a look and give me an assessment. As expected, it was grim. But Vitaliy walked me through options, gave me fair estimates for all scenarios and was very forthcoming about the ""what ifs"". We chose to have the water heater replaced, which he did the very next week. It required some new lines and he stuck to his estimates. He did exceptional work, went above and beyond and I feel confident in the job done. I'd definitely recommend Diligent Plumbing, and would work with them again in a second.

This is the second time we've used Vitaly. Both times he has done an excellent job. The first time he removed a whirlpool tub and the last time he repaired a broken pipe. I like that he responds quickly and that he takes the time to explain what he does. No plumber is inexpensive but Diligent's service seems like good value.

Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing came quickly on an emergency basis to repair my main waterline which was damaged by another contractor. It was late in the day. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, and I have put him in my phone as a contact in the future for any other plumbing needs I might have.

Vitaliy and his crew are prompt, courteous, humorous, and of course -- experts! I thought the pricing was very reasonable. We tried to fix our plumbing issues in our bathroom ourselves but it got way over our heads. We first had slow a toilet leak that ruined our floor. Toilet broken! Went to shut off water to toilet - valve broken! Went to shut off water to sink - hot water valve broken!

We uplifted the toilet and realized it was no longer bolted down at all. And the flange was what looked like a cast iron mess to us. After watching at least 20 online videos about all this I realized the futility of it all and turned to searching for plumbers. Thankfully we found Diligent Plumbing! To Vitaliy, fixing our plumbing issues was NO PROBLEM!

He did such quality work and made everything so painless. He first quickly fixed the valves so that we could move out our sink and so we could replace our damaged floor. Then he came back and fit us in right before Xmas once our floor was in and seamlessly installed a beautiful Toto toilet. Yes, beautiful! Who knew you could get compliments on a toilet!? We have!

Since this was our first need for a plumber, I had some questions about the rest of the house and he also walked me through our basement plumbing and what pipe was what and what valve was what.

If we have any more plumbing issues, we're so happy to have Vitality in our corner! I highly recommend that you give up watching online DYI videos and just call Diligent Plumbing! Let Vitaliy take care of it! (PS this review lists us as in California but we are in Portland, Oregon!)

Our water heater went off and I read instructions for relighting and nothing I tried worked. Of course it was the weekend so I began seeing the dollar signs rolling. But I didn't have a choice but to get help. I found recommendations on Next Door for Diligent Plumbing so I called them and several other numbers. Vitaly answered my call very promptly and we used Facetime to see if I could get the pilot lit. No luck. So Vitaly said he would be out early on Monday morning. Sure enough, he came promptly and determined within 5 minutes that some wires had come loose. He fixed the wires, lit the pilot and took the time to educate me a bit. I was shocked when he refused to take payment either for his time on the phone on the weekend or for this early morning house call. Of course, going forward now I will always use Diligent Plumbing for our plumbing needs.
