We had water coming up in the bathtub and shower drains. Called Dignity around 9 am Scott was here and gone by noon. He took care of the back up issue, changed out a shut off valve on a toilet, we could not be happier.

This company is awesome. They came a day early as we had no water and I was on call. Amber called and said Jesse can be there in 20, he came cut a small hole in garage and another in house at ceiling behind front door. Before he cut he said ""bet it's a nail in a pipe"" BOOM he was right. Price, professionalism, Amber's help on the phone was top notch! I will be keeping their number close, my husband is an electrician not a plumber

I was impressed immediately with my phone conversation with John. He was the only plumbing person I called that would give me an approximation of cost to fix my garbage disposal. Answered all my questions, and I had many.

Jesse the technician just left, said there was no problem with the disposal, probably just had something stuck, but it worked it's way through. He did not charge me a penny, not even a service call fee. I would reccommend Dignity Plumbing in a heartbeat. They will be the only people I call in the future for plumbing problems. Added benefit, Jesse is adorable!

In the middle of the quarantine my kitchen sink started leaking. Dignity came out the next day and even arrived early for the appointment. They were friendly and quickly fixed my issues. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing problems. Five stars!
