I walked out to the garage to find water pooling on my floor from the water heater. I called 4 plumbing companies- dignity could have someone come out that afternoon. Jonathan was professional and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He also taught me how to do quarterly maintenance myself and how to arrange for annual maintenance. He also showed me what to in case of a leak in the future so I don't turn off water for the whole house.

Our side yard flooded in our just bought home. Thought it might be caused from the pipes in the house or pool. After checking and testing the pool and house for the leak, He diagnosed the leak as a landscape leak and recommended that I have a landscaping company fix the pipe. I was then taught to shut off the main water supply while we were out of town.
No Charge!!! Wow, was I surprised and pleased. People still exist that believe in service and customer care!!!

Guy showed up blocked my driveway, he was mad right then. (I have to drop kid off it take 8.4 mins.) We came in I unlocked and opened the bathroom he asked, ""is this the bathroom"". I said yes and told him a tooth brush got flushed, he asked ""if I had seen the toothbrush myself"". I told him not for myself but my 5 year old said he flushed it down. He then gave me a quote of 275. I said, ""the last time a toothbrush was flushed it was $75"" he laughed and said ""it was a lot of hard work."" I told him one sec I'm calling my husband while I'm on the phone he keep making snide remarks and would not stop. He then said call someone else and walked out. Dude belittled me the whole time. Did not take my response as an answer. All that to say I reached my had up and grabbed the toothbrush. So if that's what he calls hard work and that's how he treats people I can not recomend you guys. $275 and no tools were required, no on the field training. What a rip off! I would have easily given them 10 's. Noticed at 930 my hot water heater broke, starting calling around, that was a bigger nightmare...then somebody referred Dignity Plumbing ( thank you friend) I made the call at 10.51am I got a text message from Scott at 11:11 that he was in route. Let me just say this to keep it short Scott and restoration company just left and it's barely 2pm... new hot water tank installed, walls have blower drying them out, claim has been filed and it's a wrap... dryer walls coming back tomorrow for the wall repairs...
I couldn't be more happier! Super Affordable... listen what I thought was gonna be a nightmare day Scott put it back together for me. He called the restoration company they arrived in an hour. I can't say enough, but I will. Just call them, your day will get a whole lot better, I promise!
