I had Dignity out to replace a leaking Hose Bib in front of the house. I contacted Jeremy through their website and he responded within an hour. I explained what was going on and he said he can have a Tech out tomorrow, only I wouldn't be there. So we scheduled for Friday at 4.
At 8am the Tech Pete called said he can make it out earlier due to a
Cancellation. We then agreed to meet at 12 noon. I was runnng late and called Pete to tell him I would be there at 1215, he gave me the Quote of 120$ over the phone, I said go ahead and I'd pay him when I got there. 15 min later I pulled up. The new Hose bib was complete and installed.
Pete showed me what could be an issue later, gave me quotes to replace, but also recommended that ""if it's not leaking or causing issue, the I could wait without causing any damage. To which I opted for that. Christmas was 2 weeks ago and funds are low. Lol. When time comes I'll. Have Dignity Plumbing out to sue the replacement.

Wonderful, awesome group of people. We had a main water leak and we called Dignity Plumbing. Estavan came over and gave us an estimate. Estevan is a very pleasant, friendly, easy-to-talk-to guy, answered all the questions we had and gave us an affordable estimate compared with other plumbers. The whole crew was very pleasant, very fast, and very efficient. If we could, we would give them 10 stars. The name Dignity says it all.

We had a reoccurring problem that sounded like an alarm going off in our master bathroom behind our stall shower. Both Estevan and Junior came out at 4:15 AM to detect the problem. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT AT THAT HOUR!!
They did find the problem and it wasn't even in the wall. Since they didn't perform any plumbing repairs, they didn't charge us. AGAIN, I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS DIDN'T DESERVE A CHARGE!!
When we do have a plumbing problem in the future, we will call Dignity. They are our plumbers for life!!

We were converting our stove from electric to gas. Estevan and his partner were hardworking and did good work. Double checked everything and we're knowledgeable about what they were doing. They responded very quick after sending a request for a quote. Efficient, prompt, honest and reasonable with their pricing is why I used this company after reading Yelp reviews here--and they proved themselves to be. The plumber arrived on time and got to work immediately.
We needed a new water heater and, also, had a plumbing problem with one of the toilets that kept flushing and flushing driving me crazy all night. But they figured out the problem fast and repaired it--thank goodness. Now I can rest.
The water heater they chose and installed--and now there is hot water. Our old one was past due to change out, so before water splashed all over my garage we had it changed out. Worth the effort for sure, cause my hot water sometimes went kaput while showering a little too quickly.
Thanks, Dignity Plumbing, for all your efforts on our behalf. Hopefully, we don't have a problem for awhile but, if we do, we will be calling you.

I'm so pleased with efficiency and the service I was provided. I needed a new cartridge for my shower and it was replaced in an hour! Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. Not to mention the cost was affordable. I definitely recommend and would use them again.
