42+ years in the industry
We have always been a family-run operation. Our journey began in 1972 when our father, Edwin Kummer, Jr., founded White Lake Plumbing & Electric. After completing his service in the U.S. Army in December 1976, Digger (Gordon) began his training, working for and learning from his father-in-law, Eddie. In 1980, Digger (Gordon) and his wife, Holly, acquired the business from Eddie and Bonnie, Holly's parents. Digger and Holly strive to help their customers as quickly and cost-effectively as possible each day! They find joy in their work.
Digger has always respected his father-in-law, Eddie, and being part of his various projects made it a seamless transition for Digger and Holly to take over the business! He worked diligently with Eddie, attending school during that period, apprenticing, and earning his master’s licenses in multiple areas. We feel honored to serve our community and work with others daily!
