42+ years in the industry
We have always been a family-run operation. Our journey began in 1972 when our father, Edwin Kummer, Jr., founded White Lake Plumbing & Electric. Following his service in the U.S. Army in December 1976, Digger (Gordon) started his education, working alongside and apprenticing with his father-in-law, Eddie. In 1980, Digger (Gordon) and Holly took over the business from Eddie and Bonnie, who are Holly's parents. Digger and Holly strive to help their customers as quickly and cost-effectively as possible each day! They find joy in their work.
Digger has always admired his father-in-law, Eddie, and being involved in his many endeavors, so taking over the business was a natural progression for Digger and Holly! He worked diligently with Eddie, attending school during that period, apprenticing, and earning his master’s licenses in multiple areas. We feel honored to serve our community and work with others daily!
