We made an appointment with Joe and he came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Our toilet flapper was bad he replaced it and did a great job, very friend and knowledgeable. We have recommended Joe to all of our friends and this is the second time we have used him. Great job Joe, keep up the good work, you have a customer for life.

I called Diggers Plumbing Joe answered on a sunday afternoon . I had a bathroom backup within 20 min Joe arrived ,took care of the backup as he was doing that he also ran a camera and found a massive root which had broken the pipe . Scheduled the repair , I was very impressed . Joe talked me thru the process , He is very honest , reliable and the price was great being on a fixed income . I originally called them out to unclog a line and they sent a camera down the line and told me that the pipe was collapsed and they they would have to cut through a cement foundation and replace portions of the pipe costing be in the vicinity of $3,000. I called another plumber and they successfully snaked out the clog for about $100. It has been several months and everything seems to be working great. Will never ever call Diggers again.

Absolutely the worst. After paying for an $50 estimate, Joe, the owner, refused to send me a copy of the estimate, refused to answer his phone, refused to return my messages. I paid immediately, yet this joker flat out refused to give me what I paid for. If this is how he handles an estimate, imagine how he would handle an actual job. I cannot say how much I distrust this guy and I would never recommend him to anyone.

They flooded our apartment from the apartment next door in 3-plex. The last plumber never put the toilet back on. When they checked to see if tub and toilet drained in next door unit. The water came up into our apartment about 20 gallons and flooded it. They didn't even make an effort to clean it up. My husband had to spend $80.00 on a shop (wet/dry) vac to get the water up. We rent not own. Not very professional in relations with suffering tenants. Been without plumbing nearly a week prior to this. Hope they understand the stress that has come about as a result. Professionals don't make problems worse and not take responsibility for the mess.

This plumber has falsified a sewer scope to the tune of over $10,000.00. He was hired by a buyer of a home to scope the sewer and stated there were smashed ABS lines 55ft into the line and he couldn't go any further after 120ft because the lines were so bad. He stated in the same report the repair would be to rip up all of the concrete in the driveway, replace all of the ABS lines and install a salt bed to prevent root intrusion. We've had a scope completed up to 150 feet twice since then by 2 different plumbers and neither of the plumbers saw anything like that. I usually don't write reviews but I should because I myself read, hire and purchase off of reviews. I felt in this case it was extremely necessary so this doesn't happen to anyone else. In all cases, just seek another opinion. Buyer beware of this company!
